I've been working out for almost 8 months, 4-5 times a week. When you feel down, do a low impact workout or some resistance training but be consistent. And it's also okay to not doing anything, you need rest ! Thank you Heather, I love your vibe

Every time I do this one I get about 10 minutes in and think “yeah I think I will do this a second time today, I feel good“ and then I get to the cool down and am like “THANK GOD IT’S OVER.” 😂 Heather you kept me sane and fit all last year during lockdown and I just can’t get enough of your workouts!

This one was brutal! Very effective and I do like the shorter 10 second breaks between exercises. You’ve helped me lose 20 more pounds over the last year and I feel great!
DiD strenght HIIT yesterday. Found this to be very exhausting. I hung in there and did half of the third circuit. Did do cool down to get some stretching in. Tough for me today.
This was one of those sweaty workouts for sure, but I felt so good afterwards. I loved how it targeted the core, but also burned a ton of calories. I just wish that you would let the timer and the beep continue through the cool down part Heather. It would help us to know when we need to switch to the next stretch. Other than that, this was an amazing calorie-burner. And thank you Heather, for adding the warm up and cool down to the workout.
