to me the moment when Eris reunites with Rudeus in the fight against Orsted, is the highest point in the series, it was the most dramatic with a lot of tension and epicness, a lot better than the final fight, after Rudeus accepts Eris as a wife, the story goes slightly downhill until it ends
I totally agree with this being the best fight, but the story after this is filled with arcs that touches your heart, and highly suggest rereading those with each characters life in mind.
@@kennysroom203 late answer, but what i meant is not only because of the fight, instead it was that in that moment Rudeus family is completed, this is the moment that started building since both Eris and Rudeus got separated, and during that time he grew as a character and reunited with his other loves of his life and started his family, after that their lifes becomes more or less stable, and from there any adversity is faced as a family, is like the end of a search, that is why is the highest point in the (story) life of Rudeus, and after that of course is fun and interesting and sometimes sad, but there is no great expectation anymore
@@desahuevate0 That of course is also what I think author san intended,as life has uphill and downhill moments, and it all slowly stretches down into a calm, grassy meadow. You don't need a good arc at the end,you just need a calm one,a satisfying one, where you won't have to regret, even with scars from injuries.
It definitely peaked in volume 15 but it was still consistently great afterwards, concluding character arcs, continuing to build towards the greater plot, slowly unraveling fascinating lore, fully fleshing out the world even in its final volumes, and tying the story together in an open-ended (because the grander narrative is still ongoing), but still very satisfying way. The series may not have been quite as epic after the high that was Turning Point 4 but I actually think that was by design in some regards. It wasn’t made to be some typical shounen power fantasy after all. Anyways, kind of a 💩 take tbh
When future Rudeus comes back in time to snitch on Hitogami is the best plot twist I've ever read in any medium, straight godly writing
I remember the comment section being crazy at the plot twist :D

Rudeus beg greatly at that time.

小説家になろうとかで見てたからキャラの画像見てなかったけどノルンとかアイシャとかかわいいなー
Some of my favourite moments are people's reactions to the mk1
Magic armour is indeed badass
