i am in the middel off a bubble-run. its strange but fun. the fact that Rennala just fell into a ring of my bubbelboys and got obliterated was the funniest shit i witnessed in elden ring. XD
When I read "the eldest primevil sorcery" and "A sorcery of legendary status" in the founding rain of stars lore. I thought damn this is going to thrash my foes. Perhaps it does to the early game mobs but It sucks against end game trash. It does little actual damage against each foe and they will swarm you through it. In fact none of these are really great in end game as far as my testing has gone at with 73 int and 50 faith Aside from Zamor Ice storm and the meteor storm which I forgot to grab but will now Spells i found highly effective the gavel of haima Carian greatsword and Adulas moonblade Rykards rancor wasn't bad Of course comet azure against bosses And the moons for the debuff and cool cast animations with high damage and range but only use that for surprise attacks or when the foe can't reach me. But for me incantations are the real deal. Elden stars, a legendary requiring 50 faith. Creating a star that slowly moves to target shooting out stars for decent damage to all in path until the star explodes for large damage Wrath of gold, spammable pushback with high damage and knockdowns Bloodboon, tossing bloody fire trails all over And my favorite Ekzykes's Decay, rot breath with high damage in mid range wide cone you can move around to spread it to large groups and hold for uninterrupted second shot of breath to proc scarlet rot.
Despite the Sword of Night and Flame nerf I've been playing and Int/Faith build and loving it. The synergy between sorcery raw damage and incantations buffs, debuffs, and arguably better close range damage really makes you feel versatile.
@@warlordofthewest8010 same here, i had to point that out on the last top spellcasters swords video that failed to include this incredible weapon nerfed or not.
Update. After getting the meteor storm and testing it in several end game situations I have found it to be.... mostly useless. Its just too scattered for most encounters. If you have a very large slow boss it can do a large amount of damage and if you get lucky and a small mob is hit it will kill said mob. But even targeting the center of a group it often hit nothing at all. Very disappointing to burn a full mana bar only to have every meteor fly out and destroy everything but the enemy. Also found my new spam spell, to replace the swift pebble. swarm of flies, this is a great mana to damage incantation that sends a small slow moving sphere of bloody flies that tracks target very well, has a long range and anything it touches takes blood damage, the swarm sits on target and does quick small hits building up bloodloss. What makes this spell great beside ranged blood is that each little hit interrupts most enemy movements and can be quickly cast to allow several floating in a line to stack up on enemies basically stun locking them until they die from bloodloss procs (3-4 on most trash mobs for me). It doesn't work as well against bosses or enemies that can quickly jump to the side and run from the flies. But it works well for creating a stunlock to give you time to cast a big damage spell against some high hp heavy hitters.
Great Oracle Bubble can be gained more easily from one of the teleports on the ground floor. In the middle section on the East side there's a fallen pillar which you can run up and onto a broken structure with the portal there. Takes you up to that middle section, so just go left into the building with the beetle.
Meteorite of Astel would only ever be considered "one of the most powerful spells in the game" if it channeled twice as fast... the chances of you fighting something where ALL of the meteors hitting the boss/enemies 100% of the time are slim to none. Azur's Comet is the top damage spell in the game as you can get off short 3 second bursts or full 10 second bursts and literally melt bosses... Plus the Range of MoA vs AC is a joke... MoA you have to be up in the thing's face or somehow get up on a ledge and pray the enemy doesn't have a ranged attack to tickle you with and interrupt you.
I've been watching your videos since my very first time to monster hunter franchise in monster hunter world. Your sense of humor is tasteful without trying too hard and has relativity to it as well along with the attention to detail about topics you inform gamers on. Love your channel and just had to give credit where credit is due.
There's also a teleport you can access from the northern part of the lower woods area. There's a fallen pillar near the 4 greatbow archers. Climb on it and into the small ruins, and the teleport is on the top. I'm assuming that was the real method to obtaining it.
the bubble spell is easier to get to through the sofra river, betweet the seccond and third grace there there is a pillar fallen on its sideand broken, climb it and the portal takes you there too
I noticed that your character's wearing Rodericka's (Noble's) set. Just letting you know in case you missed it, her red hood spawns in stormveil castle after some game milestone. Simply take the lift from the rampart grace down to the dining room and go back to the area with the pile of corpses (chrysalids) and 2 dogs. Should be on the pile, and now you have two hoods to swap between ^^
Your videos are very informed and helpful. However, it'd be cool if you added timestamps, so I could skip to the bits that I want to watch (e.g falling death from sky rather than floaty-floaty poppy-poppy)
You know there's little two pillars fallen into little bridges? Start from siofra river bank walk up slight northeast u will see first small pillar fallen but past that for second pillar go up there and u see little portal will take u to place faster to get great ocaular bubble spell easiest.
yes, that giant bubble is awesome value for fp when it hits something that doesn't like it! sadly there are quite a few things that seem to shrug it off. some of the Lyndell knights for instance..
You should make SUMMONING Locations...in the open world. ( Just for kicks and giggles) It's mostly for my mimic..becuase they can cycle through weapons/spell..use art of wars..ect FASTER than you can. After I summon them...I'll just swap out to whatever different weapons/armor..I wanna use. My mimic can kill almost everything by itself..in locations I know off....but it would be nice to have a list of where all the different summons locations are at. It's only one the reasons why I build my character for all builds( takes forever) .So I can equip my mimic opposite of what I do. They can swap between left and right hand weapons...and use art of wars/pre attribute. Hold whatever weapons..be it left or right...with both hands, jump for smack down or stagger. A lot faster than I can. It's totally cool to watch the different spells/skills to mimic do...if you just step back a little. it''ll also HELP you to use your weapons better by getting a different VIEW/perspective of the animations/moves of what youre doing.
After you get the big bubble keep on trecking about theres a slow boss and behind it is a waterfall and Marikas Scarseal does every stat that Radagans misses
The beetle for the first spell can be shot down from the statue with a bow if you don't want to do the jumping. I shot it until it dropped behind the statue then finished it with my sword. Also it's Oracle not Ocular
Nice video, but I feel like almost every ER video explains that the snow field is the secret area and how to get there.. Btw there is a red version of the blue cloak in this video, in the first legacy dungeon(first big castle) there is that spot with the pile of bodies and a couple dogs with a key item I think, if you go back there after the spiritcaller girl joins the blacksmith her missing cloak is in the same spot for some reason
I feel like founding rain of stars should be twice as big or last twice as long for the memory stone cost. Elden Stars is similar but lasts way longer and is homing
Also for the great bubble can't you just take the portal that takes you to the dragon kin fight that's a field boss instead of doing the parcore to get to it?
For the large bubble there's actually a teleporter that will teleport you up there it's hidden down in the forest on top of some ruins guarded by some minotaurs with bows there's a fallen pillar that you can run right up to it
Man, the Meteorite of Astel is so nerfed now. I just got it just now, for the first time ever. I tried it out on Ekzykes and it hardly hit him at all. I don't care about the PVP Meta, so I've blown past 150 and am happy to be a Super Mage at this point.
Love the clips! Dudes hilarious!
It took me 2 tries for the 'Meteorite of Astel' Boss fight for me. My god, that fight is amazing! I died the first time when it did the Shadow Clones Jutsu on me. That got me spooked.
second try man u must be overleveled
@@q-tips9984
I believe so as well. I grinded hard when I found these videos on how to farm immensely. I think I was at level 200 at the time. The fight itself was amazing. Visually insane to look at.
@@q-tips9984 second try as well, I'm level 109
@@q-tips9984 not necesarilly there is people that are just good at the game i beat Astel first at level 80 something and then again in the mines at level 115 as a pure sorcerer.
@@AyameAkito well sorcerer isnt really skill tbh
i am in the middel off a bubble-run. its strange but fun. the fact that Rennala just fell into a ring of my bubbelboys and got obliterated was the funniest shit i witnessed in elden ring.
In fact none of these are really great in end game as far as my testing has gone at with 73 int and 50 faith Aside from Zamor Ice storm and the meteor storm which I forgot to grab but will now
Spells i found highly effective
the gavel of haima
Carian greatsword and Adulas moonblade
Rykards rancor wasn't bad
Of course comet azure against bosses
And the moons for the debuff and cool cast animations with high damage and range but only use that for surprise attacks or when the foe can't reach me.
But for me incantations are the real deal.
Elden stars, a legendary requiring 50 faith. Creating a star that slowly moves to target shooting out stars for decent damage to all in path until the star explodes for large damage
Wrath of gold, spammable pushback with high damage and knockdowns
Bloodboon, tossing bloody fire trails all over
And my favorite
Ekzykes's Decay, rot breath with high damage in mid range wide cone you can move around to spread it to large groups and hold for uninterrupted second shot of breath to proc scarlet rot.
Love your videos! Are you rocking a Astrologer or Confessor character?
Zamor's ice storm is basically Elden Ring's version of "YOU SHALL NOT PAAASS!"
“The Cthulhian Space Horror Jesus Christ”. Why the hell is that so funny to me
7:32 can someone please tell me which robes he is wearing?
Tip: use the meteorite staff for extra boost in dame wit all gravity fell like meteorite of astel
Big bubble is accessible from Siofra… You no need to unlock Nokron itself.
Started the day with this video
Your voice is actually quite calming
Love this channel 🌸
Does anyone know what the music at the beginning is, I've heard it before but can't remember what the name of it is
Whats the robe you are wearing at 7:45???
Deathbed Dress
Your content gets better and better, thank you.
The enthusiasm from the bubbles is very contagious
Azur is overrated bosses barely never stay still hard to hit them full blast they usually attack you when you melting them.
flask for poise then. ten seconds of uninterruptability
You really typed all that out bruh lmao grats
I find none of the op spells are amazing against hyper aggressive enemies, that's why a combination of spells is (obviously) needed
Who the hell says ALL of them have to hit all the enemies?
solid material man thanks!
Thanks for this buddy I’ll go get a couple right now
I just love watching your videos! informative, and mostly, extremely funny! keep up the good work man!
Dr. Tumba the Great Spell, is always come First in all spell coasters thanks for all you have done for me
I've been watching your videos since my very first time to monster hunter franchise in monster hunter world. Your sense of humor is tasteful without trying too hard and has relativity to it as well along with the attention to detail about topics you inform gamers on. Love your channel and just had to give credit where credit is due.
Keep up the awesome videos and thanks
The giant orcular bubble spell isnt that difficult to get to if i remember correctly, theres a path that leads right up to the horde protecting it.
There's also a teleport you can access from the northern part of the lower woods area. There's a fallen pillar near the 4 greatbow archers. Climb on it and into the small ruins, and the teleport is on the top. I'm assuming that was the real method to obtaining it.
You got me good with that Astel jumpscare
Thank you for the spoiler free vids man nice work brother
You didn't say how to find the founding rain of stars. It is the only one I don't have! Great content though keep it up!
What is the song in the beginning?
the bubble spell is easier to get to through the sofra river, betweet the seccond and third grace there there is a pillar fallen on its sideand broken, climb it and the portal takes you there too
Cool guide. I was able to get Ocular bubble but the other 4 must wait as I'm not that far yet
I just want to go out and say I love you and cotton for all you've done from mhw to now. Let the rain of hail rain down on my enemies
Should be on the pile, and now you have two hoods to swap between ^^
Where do you get her nobles set tho?
@@JoeKerr420 It's on a bonfire in windmill village somewhat north of the capital city. Not early-game unfortunately
@@anthonyabraham762 what about the legs and gauntlets he has on?
Your videos are very informed and helpful. However, it'd be cool if you added timestamps, so I could skip to the bits that I want to watch (e.g falling death from sky rather than floaty-floaty poppy-poppy)
You know there's little two pillars fallen into little bridges? Start from siofra river bank walk up slight northeast u will see first small pillar fallen but past that for second pillar go up there and u see little portal will take u to place faster to get great ocaular bubble spell easiest.
is anyone going to talk about how the spell that summons a delayed glint sword is SO GOOD in PVP because of the pressure it puts on people
Glintblade is dope can't wait to pvp with it. I got a staff that increases glintblade sorc too
Appreciate you fam 🙏 💯
yes, that giant bubble is awesome value for fp when it hits something that doesn't like it! sadly there are quite a few things that seem to shrug it off. some of the Lyndell knights for instance..
Gonna be on soon. Can't wait to get that meteor spell!
This is the one I needed bro thanks
Great Oracular (not ocular!) Bubble is crazy. I use it to stealth snipe enemy groups. It's probably my most used spell.
If you use the meteorite staff with the last spell you get 30% extra damage…….even if it’s in your left hand
Yes!
You should make SUMMONING Locations...in the open world. ( Just for kicks and giggles)
It's mostly for my mimic..becuase they can cycle through weapons/spell..use art of wars..ect FASTER than you can.
It's totally cool to watch the different spells/skills to mimic
do...if you just step back a little. it''ll also HELP you to use your weapons better by
getting a different VIEW/perspective of the animations/moves of what youre doing.
I found most of these from messages and exploring 😂😂 that meteorite one is nuts I need
No it's not it's ORACULAR. I'm beginning to think people can't actually read!
I'm gonna get it later today! May I please know what armor set is that? Thanks man!
Do you know what the rest of the armor he was wearing in this video?
Anyone know the piece of music in the intro of the vid?
What is that beautiful armor you're wearing and where can I aquire it?
I'm curious as to what armor set you're running. I have the Blue Hood headpiece but what are the rest?
Awesomeness thank you
Great vid! Also does anyone know where to get the armor from the beginning of the vid? Specifically the cloak too?
The blue hood comes from East windmill pasture in Atlus Plateau if that's the one you meant
@@kzr852 Thank you so much!
I feel like founding rain of stars should be twice as big or last twice as long for the memory stone cost. Elden Stars is similar but lasts way longer and is homing
"FOR AWHILE!!!! 😈" Swear y'all stay crackin me up!!
The close up face of Astel gave me heart attack.
Omfg, that first spell 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
Also for the great bubble can't you just take the portal that takes you to the dragon kin fight that's a field boss instead of doing the parcore to get to it?
Yes you can. I was just about to say this then saw your post. Much easier then this dreadful looking drop puzzle he did.
For the large bubble there's actually a teleporter that will teleport you up there it's hidden down in the forest on top of some ruins guarded by some minotaurs with bows there's a fallen pillar that you can run right up to it
Location?

Cool meteor spell I thought Astel was gonna be hard tho beat him second try
He’s weak as shit to melee damage.
I like the ross toss from the dude when u give him 6 death root, low fp cost and pretty good range and power damage :D
Now that is an opening for a video!
i love how easy it is to follow the 10x speed :)
3, 2, 1, 'hello' nearly shit my pants in horror 😆
the intro was hype af
This game just keeps on giving
I love your armor set! what is the name?
Man, the Meteorite of Astel is so nerfed now. I just got it just now, for the first time ever. I tried it out on Ekzykes and it hardly hit him at all. The spread on the meteorites is so wide that like 95% misses him when i stand on the cliff. When i stand directly below him, a few more hits him, but not enough to kill him like you did in the video.
