I'm with you all the way when it comes to thrift store finds. You never know what you might come across. Sometimes you see something on line and you end up paying that little bit extra. It's the collector in all of us. It's who we are. Why change!😂😂😂 Happy hunting Rudy ✌️
“It’s who we are” I like it! Well put Malcolm! I was just talking to a guy picked up 7 crates of vinyl for free! All great Funk and oldies! Keep looking Malcom it’s out there! 👀 God Bless! 😊🙏
Favorite Journey songs are "Send her my Love" and "Who's Crying Now" Wish I could have seen them in concert. I always thought Steve Perry had a fabulous voice!
I've been listening to a lot of the great southern hard rock band, Black Stone Cherry. If you're not familiar with them, definitely check them out! I've also been listening to Lynch Mob, can't go wrong with George Lynch on guitar!
I remember Lynch mob from back. I believe it was the late 80s not too familiar with Blackstone cherry but I will check them out. Thanks for the suggestion! Have a blessed day!😊🙏
Hello Rudy. Thanks for this video. Very interesting I love to collect cd's and vinyls...my Collection it's around 2,500 cd's and 100 vinyls items. Roberto here in Campeche México God Bless You...
Hola Roberto! Greetings from California! 2500 is a very healthy collection of CDs! Collecting is awesome! Glad you enjoyed the video! Have a great day & God Bless! 😊🙏
@@bobbiehart39 You'd typically get the standard album on a cd but most popular albums have a deluxe edition with another disc typically like the Cars, Bad Co, Marvin Gaye, etc. Some of later presses were issued with blurry covers and as cd-r's made by major labels. Somehow I don't value Rumours cd without "Silver Springs" which you can get in Wal-mart for $5. What's funny is that now people cherish the 12" album of it and buy routinely for $30 when people a few decades ago folks would pass it up for $3. The best deals I found in places like Salvation army are promo cd singles and they don't hang around long. Occasionally you'll find some jazz or a double disc for the price of one but there's so much 90's overstock and that era wasn't really that great. There's tons of U2, Oasis, Boyz II Men, Cranberries, REM standard releases on cd in the used bins.
Good video! I am also into hitting garage sales and thrift stores looking for CD's mostly. This time of year in my neck of the woods there are not too many garage sales so my collecting has slowed down. I love seeing the CD scores you make. Keep up the good work. Kelly
Hi Kelly and thanks for your kind words! So glad you are enjoying the content! I agree with on the garage sales slowing down. I’m having more luck in the thrift stores. Happy hunting and God Bless! 😊🙏
The Belle of St Mark by Sheila E is a stunning pop song, one of the best from the eighties. It has the mark of Prince all over it as he wrote it. There is a superb performance of it on You Tube on the Top Pop channel where the choreography is perfect- it is performance art at a very high level.
You pay the shipping, and I'll send you a ton of CD's for your collection just to get them out of my house. 60's, 70's, 90's and beyond. Sorry. No 80's. That's my butter!

I buy them nowadays for inventory, in addition to the collection. I've got an "eBay record store" where I ship rare CDs all over the US!

Some cds though never come up used. You rarely find classic soul cds that are used especially imports.

Been listening to Brian Eno "Music for Installations" recently.
