Thank you my Scoliosis Specialist has said no to bracing. I feel it would help me, she didn't give an explanation why she doesn't recommend it. I was doing pretty good as far as pain, I think I aggravated my back by over walking when I went to see my brother in law in the hospital. I made down one corridor, could not walk the next one, a nurse got a wheelchair for me. I surely appreciated her. Have been in pain since this is the 4th day. I am using heat and cold and exercise, I go see my chiropractor tomorrow. Do you have any suggestions Dr Tony.

I wonder if rigid curves are still moldable to some extent or can they simply at best be stabilized? I think that would be an interesting topic for another video
