great progress and looking amazing. in the next one, it would be cool if you guys could point out or show us an additional route you could take your wiring if you wanted to do a wire tuck :)
Excellent job, AHC! Insane attention to deal per usual. Maybe you guys will eventually do this but since this is an OEM Plus build, upgrading the headlight bulbs to LEDs would be adequate.
OEM plus the clear coat really makes the red pop having to touch up some areas on my red car and really hard to match a 23 year old red like i 50 shades off
It's so wild seeing all the A/C line brackets and all the other ones in the engine bay like my 97 Ex coupe has brand new and not nasty crusty rusty like mine 🤯 lol
How in the world do you guys find these parts? Everytime I try to replace anything other than hardware, Honda tells me they are discontinued and don’t exist.
those Spoon calipers are a little bit of a pain to bleed compared to single piston 1-bleeder calipers... took me a while to get the air out on my S2k and I'm still not 100% convinced there isn't a bubble in there somewhere.
exterior paint job is great but you guys can still do better with your interior paint and under carriage since youre spending all that money already…the windshield/wiper area really sticks out in this video as your working on the engine bay add some LED’s too
I'm actually quite sad and disappointed with the "removal of paint" for the grounds... the oem honda bolt is a paint cutting bolt and cuts the paint within the holes threads... but overall, it still looks great!
The satisfaction of installing all new parts must be amazing.
insane feeling
Especially when you have all of that space to work in. It’s not as fun when you have a motor to work around 😅
*SATURDAYS ARE FOR THE BOYS*
*LET'S GOOOOOOO*
😎🆒️😎
He’ll yeah another episode 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Is great to see pure Honda guys working on Hondas so cleanly another great video guys.
The ending was The Best asmr i have ever witnessed
Another great Saturday to be with AHC. Cant wait to see the engine in
Glad yall installed a touchscreen radio looks super clean.
I always dreamed on a project like this!! I used to have a EK9 restored and got totaled. It broke my heart but I'm alive.
I can feel your excitement from where I am when you "power up" the car. Great work as usual. Can't wait to see the engine go in.
I always enjoy watching the videos. Really wish you had a shop here on the west coast.
WOW. I'am pleased. You guys rock! My number 1 Honda Acura channel. Hands down
Good work !!💪🏼
Amazing to watch this build take shape. Great job AHC!
Good Job TJ&Mike👍
Omg, this is beautiful....I don't even want to think how much money goes in re-creating this car from scratch :D
...more than you can afford, pal....
2000 Si
I love this civic restoration!
Can't wait to see that engine drop next week! 👏💪💯
What a way to end the video with some EM1 ASMR!
Where to find the car parts?
Beautiful ride coming along finally the motor is going in ❤
great video very detailed
Awesomeness always guys !! Keep up the great job
Would be nice to see an OEM+ version of this car and tuck the A/C lines, Power steering lines and battery through the fender wells
great progress and looking amazing. in the next one, it would be cool if you guys could point out or show us an additional route you could take your wiring if you wanted to do a wire tuck :)
Man you guys are good. Would love to see you do this on an 8th gen Civic coupe.
Beautiful car thanks for the the A+ content
Once it done. It keep inside the show room. Love the video u guys rock bringing back em1 back to life.
Thank you!!
So many new parts. Must have cost a fortune. 😮 But is so nice to see coming all together
Coming along beautifully. Great work guys!
Excellent job, AHC! Insane attention to deal per usual. Maybe you guys will eventually do this but since this is an OEM Plus build, upgrading the headlight bulbs to LEDs would be adequate.
Its coming out Amazing guys great job as always ❤❤❤and can't wait to see the new project 😮😊
And as always 💥KEEP GUNNIN 🔫
I wish the techs at my dealer were like you guys. So awesome you’re dealer let’s you hangout after work and build cars. You guys hiring? 😂
My good friend is a master tech at Honda and it's the absolute BEST to hang out there, after hours. ❤
Would the threads just being tapped out not been enough for the ground points?
Where do you guys get NOS OEM fog lights, this and the DC2?
OEM plus the clear coat really makes the red pop having to touch up some areas on my red car and really hard to match a 23 year old red like i 50 shades off
That milano red is shiny! Did you guys add an extra layer of clear-coat?
Great job and best channel on YT!!!
Did you reset the mileage in the cluster?
В жизни не видел столько оригинальных деталей для Honda. Ножом по сердцу...
👍
❤
Absolutely wild ❤
That amount of the red stickers drives me crazy 😂😂
It's so wild seeing all the A/C line brackets and all the other ones in the engine bay like my 97 Ex coupe has brand new and not nasty crusty rusty like mine 🤯 lol
When we seeing a 5th gen prelude
How in the world do you guys find these parts? Everytime I try to replace anything other than hardware, Honda tells me they are discontinued and don’t exist.
Mike had been hoarding this stuff for *MANY* years
Amazing build
Thank you!!
Mike is this your personal vehicle? This is my unicorn and it's being restored to perfection
Any chance you can put the part number for some of us to buy these parts
Q locura !!!! no es restauracion, es hacer un 0km como si fuese en la fabrica
Looks amazing you guys save a honda again 👌🏻👍🏻 is it possible to do a garage tour in the shop and are you a dealership?
I believe the 99-01 Si's never had a center "H" on the grill. Looks mint either way. 👌
99-00 USDM EM1’s all came with H badges in the grill. Back in the day, it was one of the first things we removed
@reggiemira5648 youre right. It's been so long, and as far I remember, every EM1 rolled around with an "H" less grill.
does it have new car smell inside?
Maybe you can help me. im also restoring a civic what kind of wiring harness fastener did you use that white strap thank you.
those Spoon calipers are a little bit of a pain to bleed compared to single piston 1-bleeder calipers... took me a while to get the air out on my S2k and I'm still not 100% convinced there isn't a bubble in there somewhere.
What clips did you use to mount up si front lip?
Not a bad way to spend $50K. I'm going to restore my 1992 Civic Lx. I have wanted to do this for about the last 10 years.
Check the horn dude ..
Did you even watch the video?
I like the SI grille without the H badge like it's supposed to be.
Only 200 miles?
exterior paint job is great but you guys can still do better with your interior paint and under carriage since youre spending all that money already…the windshield/wiper area really sticks out in this video as your working on the engine bay
add some LED’s too
想知道這樣整理 要花多少錢
Seriously. How much will this build cost??
100k civic?
I would estimate around $40-$45k when complete. EASILY.
I'm actually quite sad and disappointed with the "removal of paint" for the grounds... the oem honda bolt is a paint cutting bolt and cuts the paint within the holes threads... but overall, it still looks great!
Speechless
Help me to build my car just like that one 😢 I wish have money to make my car super charger😢😢
Diossssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
You can repair a luxury car but I'm sure you will never be able to repair my ugly and old car
