I always had this thought for about a decade as to why doctor community in India is not taking wellbeing of society in general. Was feeling like They can be more proactive in advising general public+government in general to shift the public food habits which is driving towards a food-a-demic. Super Dr Pal. I don't take biriyani at night time. Prefer only in the noon and don't eat the full biryani. Me and my husband share the one biriyani if we eat outside.

Can you please explain the disadvantages of the night shift ? I do regular night shifts, eat healthy food and workout for 6 days. Is there any effect on my health?

I am also night shift worker. For three weeks was very difficult to control hunger and cravings, severe headache for a week. Later got used to it, cravings vanished. Got control to eating habit and cravings. You won't feel like taking anything apart from water sips in night after 3 weeks.
Absolutely night shifts will definitely kill you and your metabolism

Hi Doc I hope can see this as soon as possible. I self diagnosed my hypothyroidism because I already had every symptoms and I was told my test are all fine nothing to worry .Ok I'm 51 ,also I was born with hepatitis B .I was doing fine doing a low carb diet .Since 2017 when I had a big meltdown, and inflammation, then realized after many research it was my thyroid, everything got better I also take adaptogenes but the past 3weeks my bad sleep is back ,I do sleep only in the wrong time ,7pm to 2 am I wide awake then my next day is very sloppy .No energy ,at all even after I take my iron or b12 nothing I cannot function .I have been in my room for weeks although I do eat only nuts dried blanched almond ,a d water. I think I should exercise I did a little bit but then still the sleep is not deep nor long .I wake in the middle of night ,cannot sleep again.
Please please make some videos in Hindi. Need to share with parents..Lot of olg age Indians have Diabetes and would benefit from your videos
