    One thing missing in this video: if when you first open your Rode Wireless Pro, if the TXs and RX are below 15% charge, Rode Connect will not update the firmware. So you have to wait until they are charged a bit.

    great video Bruno! I have the DJI wireless, sometimes I think I should have purchased Rodes. Great video and editing!

    • @BrunoPozo4Real
      @BrunoPozo4Real  Год назад +1

      Thank you so much. The DJI mics were better than the Wireless Go 2s. But I think Rode did a great job matching features and adding some quality of life features to this generation.

    Can I record audio into the 2 transmitters as well as into my camera? When I hit record on the 2 transmitters, the camera is not capturing the audio. Please advise. GREAT VIDEO!

    • @BrunoPozo4Real
      @BrunoPozo4Real  2 месяца назад

      Yes you can record files locally on the transmitters while still sending the signal to the receiver/camera. I do this so I have backups in case anything goes wrong.
      Hope this helps!

    Is lowering the audio level on the camera settings absolutely necessary? I’ve had it at 12 since I got my camera 5 years ago

    • @BrunoPozo4Real
      @BrunoPozo4Real  2 месяца назад

      Not necessary, but it will provide a slightly cleaner audio signal since the camera’s preamps aren’t very good.

    How can I monitor my audio if the receiver occupies my camera's headphone jack?

    • @BrunoPozo4Real
      @BrunoPozo4Real  3 месяца назад +1

      That's strange. I never seen a camera like that, but if that's the case then you cannot monitor without the headphone jack available. Usually a seperate mic jack is used for the receiver.

      @@Smoucki1 in the rode central app once all the devices are connected. Select the Transmitter icon, and you should see an option for settings (it’s a gear/wheel icon), click that and the settings will appear for gain assist and record.
