I have one of those bills. I also have a rare 1881 silver dollar with the imperfections on it but a pawnshop and a coin collector only offered less than $20 for the both of them

Actually believe it or not the so called DATE isnt a date and have nothing to do with the year its printed,that is actually the printing plate number so 2013 is the plate number not the year printed👍
