2,000 x 1300 pixels for each image and when you go to export (export--> export as), I like to export with 2x or 3x (the scale option on the upper left of the export as settings menu) to really increase the resolution as there are really high file size limits on Behance which allows you to upload fairly large images. I have a Photoshop template setup where I have 10 artboards each at a 2,000 x 1300 size I can use so when I export as I can export all images with 2x scale and upload them to look super crisp. You can see how the final projects looks on bechance here. www.behance.net/gallery/105255207/Sushi-Club-Brand-Design-Project#comments
@@LindsayMarsh thank you Lindsay .. I have actually done your course on skill share last year, great course .. the only thing that confuses me the most is saving files and what formats best suits various branding collateral.. there are loads of options. when do we use export v/s save as ? would be great if you do a course on next steps of shipping designs to clients after the design process. thanks a lot
Hi maam Lindsay. I am currently studying your class on skillshare and it is very helpful. I am planning to work online as a freelancer. I don't have a degree on graphics design or experience. I am good at drawings specially copying others work but when it comes to myself I couldn't make my own Design or Idea, I am not creative enough. I tried making a sample logo to add for my portfolio and I spent days brainstorming and looking for inspiration and I am stuck and couldn't make my own design. I hope you can give me some advice. God bless and stat safe 😊🙏
That is a very common question I get from students and something I struggle with myself! Coming up with ideas seems like something that should happen at random but there is a plan you can set forth to help jump start your sketching ideas. A lot of that comes with researching the company or industry you are doing the logo for. with art this is less the case and more on what is in your creative mind but with branding and logo design there is always a nice defined action plan you can follow to help you with generating ideas. You can follow that entire brainstorming process in the first section of my branding course for graphic designers right on skillshare skl.sh/3iugVXL
@@LindsayMarsh Thank you so much maam Lindsay, I am currently watching it. I am kinda worried in pursuing graphic design because I lack of creativity and Ideas. I hope that in the process of learning I can enhance my thinking ability for generating ideas. Thanks a lot. 😊
@@kyleandersontadlan7472 it takes lots of time to learn to be creative, it is not something that comes naturally to all people but it can still be learned. You will find those activities that help you best when it comes to generating ideas and each person it will be a different process. For me music is a big help as well as sketching at night time for some reason!
You used enough keywords and tags in your project correct? Compelling project thumbnail? You also need to promote it on your other social media channels too. Sometimes it is the 30th project posted that finally gets some attention. First projects almost never take off(unless it gets picked as a feature) . It can take months to get this build up but keep at it and creating new projects.

OMG I was looking for someone to tell me the sizing and how people usually do these things. THANK YOU!

It will be great if you bring any course on portfolio development and presentation.

what format are those portfolio pages ? that r uploaded to behance ?
