I was at my gastrointerologist recently with gallbladder issues and when I mentioned that I will be taking bile salts, I showed her the bottle and she literally told me she doesn't know anything about bile salts.
    Unbelievable.

It seems quite interesting that I was seeing oncology gastroenterology endocrinologist and a gynecologist and none of them can answer why my body was behaving the way that it was. I had my thyroid removed in 2000 and my gallbladder in 2010 so their answer now it was hysterectomy 😆 I said no thank you and then they shut the world down and 2020. Plus I've been to nursing school and alternative medicine School and they don't talk about any of this stuff.

40 years of quacks tellingme I'm a medical anomilly that they can't help, but can only treat symptoms, and 3 years ago I found Dr. Berg's videos concerning symptoms I was having that I was dying from ... I took the advice in he video figured I'm dying anyway what do I have to lose, and in just a few days my life threatening symptoms began improving!
I will be forever grateful for your caring videos that break everything down to a simplistic understanding of how everything functions in a chain reaction. I started life with an inherited auto immune disorder and food allergies. My mother didn't think it necessary to change my diet, so the inflamation created malabsorbtion and chronic constipation. Developed into multiple deficiencies ... add some traumatic life events into the mix and a hyper active adrenal system began to rule my life. I began suffering transient strokes and nerve sheath damage. i could barely get out of bed even to use the toilet.
Then I found Dr Bergs videos and ordered the product he recommended. Within 2 days I began improving enough in my adrenal system where I could get out of bed and gradually begin functioning in life again. Then I began watching all of his videos about all the other areas I was experiencing major issues, one by one my body is being healed and I am almost a fully functioning person again. Although I still suffer food allergies and chronic hypersensitivities and intolerances, I am better equipped to manage them to continue functioning and stay as healthy s possible.
    Just thank you Dr. Berg.

I give it to my dog during thunderstorms. They have a spray and gummies but I use the dropper. Only Hemopathic I need. All the best continuing your health journey. Man you nailed it Doc. I'm recovering from autoimmune problems and liver/gallbladder issues. Taking bile salts on an empty stomach, adding cod liver oil, doing a low carb diet and correcting my omega 3 to omega 6 ratio have helped tremendously. I can eat red meat again, although I'm not totally healed yet. I know lots of people on your videos are singing your praises but the information you have given us is nothing short of life saving. I've been telling everyone I know to watch your videos. I hate suffering needlessly and I hate seeing others suffer needlessly. You've connected so many dots for me in the past couple of months that I would have gladly paid for.. if I could have found a natural health doctor or any doctor that could have told me this stuff. I've spent literally thousands of dollars in the medical system, supplements and on alternative medicine that I could have bought a new car. Now, I know exactly what to do and I am eternally grateful to you for this. Have a wonderful day and I hope to meet you one of these days because I believe you are a good soul.

The surgeon told me there was nothing to worry about. I wish I had came across your videos because I would've never gone through with the surgery. The organs we're born with all serve a purpose. That I can recall I never had an issue with inflammation throughout my joints until my gallbladder was removed. You've answered so many of my questions and suspicions.

I suffered for 6 years with GB pain and finally had it removed. I tried many natural remedies, such as the apple juice fast, 3 days, ending with a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice, afterward which I eliminated gallstones. The problem kept recurring. It was actually caused by my LOW FAT diet! I even took Turkey Rhubarb drops. Nothing worked. I finally had the GB taken out, sadly. 1996. I have since really suffered with insulin resistance and weight gain. Just yesterday I began to take TUDCA. Good luck to us both! I just realized the full program of HEALTHY Keto, as apposed to generally discussed "Keto". I have been eating higher carbs during my window of eating. Today is a new day! I had already lost 6 # Since January 2nd, 2023 and stopped losing. I use the fresh squeezed lemons with Dr. Berg's electrolytes, which keeps me on track, resolving the "Keto Flu"

Fast forward to October 17, 2018, the pain set in and didn't leave. That's when I checked myself into the ER and my GB was taken out with a rather large stone in it. I've gained way more weight than I've ever had. Losing it has been nearly impossible. I do notice that when I increase my protein intake helps me a lot. I began taking TUDAC with NAC as well.

Omg this video is actually life changing for me... Crohns with known history of disease in the terminal ilium, hypothyroid, hypo parathyroid, low vitamin D, and now chronic hepatitis... I keep asking my dr to check my gallbladder because I’m chronically severely bloated, can barely eat and keep gaining weight, but it keeps being shrugged off. I’m desperately hoping taking bile salts will be the answer because it sounds so on track with my own suspicions of what’s going on with my body.

I had more success with the cooked tinned oysters from supermarket than with zinc tablets (because oysters are high in zinc). It's the NOW Super Enzymes. They help better with diarrhea than immodium, too.
But I started taking something called Liver Tonic (purple bottle), Tudca, and Berberine with cinnamon a bit after that post, because I started falling asleep again after meals, even small no carb ones.
I took Tudca in the morning before any food (for a while until I noticed a marked difference in my ability to tolerate it) and I still take the Liver Tonic before dinner, almost every day. I take the Berberine in the morning before any meal, and during dinner.
I stopped taking the tonic for a month or so, but noticed I started feeling sleepy again and not feeling very good. I also backslid on the IF and have been struggling with not eating or drinking something with calories after a certain time and then waiting until at least 12 hrs have passed to eat. IF really does help a lot. As does Berberine, since it basically does what both bile salts and HCl do, but more naturally as it causes your stomach to produce more acid, which helps with digestion and triggers your body to release bile. I rarely ever have heartburn anymore.
But I also take other supps regularly for pain and inflammation like ginger, a lot of ginger, and a little turmeric every day, which also help with digestive system.
And I switched from drinking any soda to real lemonade. Chick fila has great lemonade that isn't super sweet.

It plays a role in modulating the secretion of pancreatic enzymes. It has antimicrobial activity especially against Gram-positive bacteria. It plays an important role in preventing bacterial overgrowth and regulating the formation of beneficial gut flora. It has a regulatory role in controlling energy metabolism, especially the way the liver processes glucose

I have always known I don't digest fats and I am deficient in fat soluble vitamins. When I was taking D3 my blood work showed I had toxic levels which I immediately thought was because I was not processing it correctly. However I did what the doctor said and stopped taking it. After listening to your video I think I am deficient in bile salts. I have Chronic pain all over and take pain meds for many years. I notice the pain comes on about 2 hours after eating. Thanks Dr Berg. I'm currently taking ox bile salts twice a day, as you recommend, as I've: 1. Been having excessing stomach rumbling (possibly caused by SIBO?) and 2. I have eye issues (dry eye and mybomian gland dysfunction, possibly from lack of absorption of fat soluble vitamins such as A).
Your videos helped me marry up these two separate symptoms and pin point a potential lack of bile.
