i had a guy once on my friendlist who told me how good he was cheating and how nowbody is noticing because he can „hide it so well“ and this guy looked exactly the same like the guy in the Video

I’ve seen a widow with good cheats, barely noticeable, until that one impossible shot lol. Called them out, they just typed, “?” Reported them, the next day, I got a notification thanking me… 😂😂😂😂
I had a rage hacking hanzo in quickplay like a week or 2 ago as well as what I think is a trigger botting illari duoing with him. And then literally the very next game I encountered an aimbotting life weaver that wasn't subtle at all he ran into our front lines and dueled our dps with it and everything.
at lower ranks, there are a lot of smurfs, and hackers which sucks becuase some of us could be good enough to get out of bronze but keep getting sent back to the shadow realm with such people.
I found a good use for Reinhardt. You can use his shield midgame to tell if someone is aim botting. Armor decreases the amount of damage you take. Head shots increase the amount of damage you take. His sheild shows how much each shot damages for. If the enemy team is consistently head shotting you, it will be reflected in the amount of damage you take vs how much damage your shield takes because your shield can't be headshot. No one should have consistent headshots at lower ranks, and as a rein player, i deal with that all the time.
I've seen a few aimbotters in quickplay this season when I'd never really noticed them before, most recent was also a bap a few days ago
Totally fine and normal gameplay
Ran into a cheater on bap on King's Row in QP who was hitting only headshots and had perfect tracking. He died constantly to a dva bomb despite always having lamp. He would also die to remech somehow. Bro ended up with 10 deaths all to the dva somehow.

They probably think it's safer to cheat in QP than in comp.
It's so bad now.. And they NEVER GET BANNED..

I wanna play ranked to actually play as a team and try instead of only doing qp or customs but they're in qp too and everyone wants to have fun in qp so it just sucks. Almost every other game in ranked (lovely bronze) i run into either smurf duos or dps cheating duos (im support main)
i kid you not the other day i had a cheater one game, a sombra who sat around all game and typed and admitted that they were throwing cuz it’s fun, and someone who gave up bc we didn’t have enough heals after first point and threw on purpose ALL BACK TO BACK IN COMP
That seemed to be my comp experience. A Hog who afk'd in spawn because no one wanted to play Mercy, a Kiriko who refused to heal and only did DPS, a Widow who refuses to swap but has 20 deaths and 800 damage by the end of round one.
Why set it to miss some shots? Probably to dodge automatic detection. Not saying that'll _work,_ only that cheaters (and cheat developers) might hope it will.

I sort of want to get some cheats just to see if it has some inherent effect on every other aspect of my gameplay. Also, they are using headshot aimbot on bap so the first shot hits, but then the recoil kicks in. : )
I think you came to conclusions too soon, this guy is definitely legit.
these videos might effect that people starts to cheat more cause they always just want attention and now your giving them a lot

brother how long have you played the game? how long have you known about the 50 wins in QP to get into comp?? If you had any braincells you would know why they are cheating in QP lmfao.
People can achieve that by themselves. No need to cheat.

Nothing excuses the use of cheats. You are gonna get banned anyway no matter the reason behind

As a Bronze 2 player who has been Bronze 2 the entire Season 10, I can tell you we have a bigger problem than cheaters.
Smurfs / alt accounts
You don't see it as much being high ranked, but I can promess you that compare to season 7, 8 and 9, we are now seeing a lot of alt accounts who love to come practice/warm-up in Bronze games. Streamers aren't even hiding it anymore and use several alt accounts on stream too.
Why can't Blizzard restrict this practice using IP addresses or even better, something within the game client or the local machine that pairs accounts like this?
This has been a problem since OW1 and it will only get worse from here. I'm all for having an alternate account to play in Quick Play or Arcade, but you should be locked out of Comp.
Multiple people can use the same machine to play a game,to restrict it to local machine forces families to buy multiplie devices and wont stop people who are smart enough to switch their machine identity
People have a tendency to cry Smurf far too easily, which makes the rest of us really skeptical of claims of smurfing…to further complicate matters the matchmaking isn’t stable since the rank reset of season 8, players of different skill levels have gotten smooshed together, additionally people adjust to patch changes at different rates
So the mai reason they so many smurfs is do to the queue times higher ranks get. The the time for higher ranks are as bad or at times worst then what there were at the end of ow1
I come across a cheater at least once a night of playing quickplay. Its gettin annoying that nothings being done or nothing can be done about it.

AFAIK any free to play game suffers from cheaters - Kind of wish they would allow a mini-battle pass for like $5 and let us play with battle pass players only.
I have seen so many in quickplay recently its insane idk why. Had someone hard aimlocking thru walls and then another game would fire headshots in the middle of mouse movement (like the bot would hit the trigger whenever you overlapped a head hitbox)
Had a wallhacking (possibly aimbotting) hanzo in QP yesterday, so that was something.
That Bap is totally fighting the aimbot 😂
Cheating is getting to easy in most of the games. Then good players start to smurf to have fun and bad players suffer till they quit or join the cheater faction. Good players quit afterwards the more cheaters stomp them. Game dies gg.
We got Emongg spectating Cheaters before gta 6
An idea: when someone is reported multiple times, put them in a special cue for observation. there's more than enough to do this, and it releases other players from waiting for mass bans.
Pls bring more attention to the cheating going on in OW pls

When ow become free to play cheaters from apex legeds walked in. And for me ow was one place where you could encounter a cheater once a year. Now i go play qp or comp and every 3 rd game i report aimbot. Do thay getting banned? Who knows. But game become worse not only in cheating problem, matchmaker rarely works.
not sure whats up nowadays but i came across about 6 or 7 cheaters this season, most of them just blatantly aimbotting/tracking. reporting doesnt seem to work and i only play qp ;-; cant imagine what it must be like in comp
