Blizz doesn't know what Anti-Cheat is. They just use the term "Anti-Cheat" as a device to make people think twice. Just think of how many people have cheats for a majority of their games.
Also a thing not people are talking much about is the one account per ip thing they announced regarding F2P for overwatch 2. Of course it's non existant.
Anti-cheat, matchmaking and report system (or rather a follow-up on reports) are all just simply not in the game and it's quite sad. Cheats don't affect me much at my rank and nobody cares about console cheaters anyway but the other two do
@@nemeblissblizzard has used the same anti-cheat since 2016. 90% of bans are manual bans by developers. It really says how bad the anti-cheat is

I had a widow using aimbot a few games ago recently. There is a new aimbot that is starting to be beta tested by a closed circle from what I could gather, expect more of these cheaters in the future. A good sign its a hacker is if you check the career profile and they are completely new and have less than 20 progression levels and also go randomly afk. When they go afk or look like their hand is off their mouse, they are actually "tuning" the cheats to try to find the best balance between aim assistance and looking legit. The only trouble they have is that they usually get POTG because of how powerful the cheats can be when they start trying to tune them up a tad.
Make sure if you see one of these players to: right click their name, click "report player" -> "cheating -> "hacking" (and "boosting/deranking" if this is in comp) -> then write a short message explaining your reasoning for thinking they are cheating. Name specific points of interest and any weird activity that could narrow down the investigation in case a human actually investigates it. They likely don't have 20 minutes spare to watch your whole game, so giving them time codes etc. will make a successful report more likely.
less than 20 progression levels doesn't mean shit, progression levels are brand new for everyone
@@lukasg4807 It is a very strong indicator that they don't play the game often or have just started playing all together. I play an average of 1 hour a day and I am already level 110. If I can get that on 1 hour a day, it means you can get 20 levels in less than 12 hours of gameplay, easily.
why would you need new aimbots though

@@燻 You need new aimbots to get around the new anti-cheats. Overwatch has quite an oppressive anti-cheat because of the 2019 defence matrix hacks that were on the rise at the time. The new hacks seem to be trying to get around detection.

So you can be this obvious cheating and nothing happens but a friend of mine that just connected a controller to the pc to test if the aim assist the game offers in console applies to controller on pc got insta ban on the game menu. Interesting
his movement and decision making is so off too. I've seen silver players with better awareness.

I think this guy might be using a controller / console player queuing with a PC player ? I've seen how some console masters/gm players transfer over to pc lobbies by queuing with pc friends and getting rolled.

2. Playback video of emongg teammate, in here he shows you why he’s cheating by having aim bot and walls. Take a look at it, I promise you, you won’t be disappointed

why wont emongg just say he's cheating? he's using aim and walls. its undeniably obvious. the aimbot isnt subtle. its extremely obvious. why is emongg acting like he doesnt see it or how does he actually not see it. how are you unsure? the PERFECT tracking? its LOCKED ON pixel perfect to the movement of the enemies. its also bad, and delayed behind them.
It's sarcasm lol, just like when he does those " I deserve to be *X* Rank" videos when they do a dumb play and he makes a sarcastic remark to be "nice" lol
