Thanks. You say that you don't know if it is cuttable. To me, that indicates that it is fractured and not looking like a big piece of glass. If you have never been involved with cutting gemstones, I would recommend you put your large specimen of Imperial Topaz on a nice stand on a shelf in some prominent location in your home and enjoy it!

You will have to talk w/my wife, Bopie, about the price. I never discuss pricing in this venue. But in general, I can tell you that good gem rough is not cheap and cheap gem rough is not good. Also, this gemstone started out as a internally flawless piece of natural, blue topaz, which weighed in at 390.9 carats.....Any guess on how much an almost 400 carat piece of internally flawless natural Blue Topaz rough costs? Sure -.$0.00...FREE!....uh... if you are out rock hounding in Brazil and happen to find it laying around on a hillside or creek bed somewhere in Brazil...but for the rest of us...it's a bit more than free!

Hi there. I want to congratulate you on all the wonderful work you are doing for the faceting community, as your videos are some of the best on RUclips. I've learned so much from your videos and I am very pleased with what you do. I can't wait for your next video. Can you please tell me where you buy the Helios superglue? I've purchased three bottles from Amazon over the past three months and each time it arrived so thick that I was unable to squeeze the glue out of the bottle, consequently not being able to use all of it. I hope you can help, and keep up the good work.

Thank you. Regarding Helio's sure hold UV activated super glue, I normally buy it on Amazon. One of my first couple of bottles dried out when I had used about half of it. Since then I keep the bottle in my refrigerator, and have not had any dry out since I started storing it in the fridge. I have heard from others that they also have had a bad experience with the Helios they bought on :Amazon. I don't know the solution...for me, if Amazon were to send me a dried up bottle, I would complain and get my money back.
