you can also find the goblin at capitol building.. fast travel to building.. head 20 yrds west towards the plane crash cp stop before the "monument" . 20 yards to your right (north) theres a manhole cover..he spawns out of there...or the nearby trees.
The Devs should never nerf the weapons you get when you have to complete the Hunter Missions or Raids or Incursions to get that makes completely no sense what so ever !! The Grind you have to do to get these weapons speaks for it self they should be OP never Nerfed ! Took me my 10th Incursion to pull that fn Oro now they want to nerf it that is ridiculous!
Oro is way too overpowered, you're taking the piss
The oreo is totally fine on the TS, its not the Best gun at literally every point but it's still great

@@KarlDelaney99 I meant the PTS, It got a pretty sizable nerf in both mag size and ROF both being lowered by a fair bit, it's still the fastest firing gun but not my an insane longshot anymore. Now other weapon can compete and give it a small run for it's money

on pts the buffed invisible hand with the new exotic holster is absurd fun. give it the 20% rof and damage buff and its unbelievable. not sure if its controllable on console but its damn fun on pc and perfectly controllable
I got it with max pistol dmg and max dmg to target out of cover with optimist talent , perfect rolls without change anything 😌

My harvester came with Vindictive.
The Talent supposed to be increase weapon damage and decrease RPM....it's bugged, you read it in an update like 4 or 5 days ago
Old gobbo drops crap in the open world, all purple gear.
He drops named items in the Summit.
Am I missing something? Why has a named weapon not have a specific trait?
The trait is it has an extra bit of damage compared to the high end variant at a cost of rate of fire.
I can't do this last mooncake control point, I'm only on level 12, I kinda already took it over on the way to the infirmary one, I can't reset control points or change difficulty. What the F do I do to fix that.
Soooo...I log in today and I have a new Mooncake Event which tells me to take over the "Red Dragon" control point. The thing is I did this yesterday and got the Harvest so let's find out why they are making me do this again
Update : Gave me another Harvest which is still broken and I farmed the Horder a few times but he's still broken also

With the build I'm running right now, it's base damage is 447k. And that's just as I got it. I think the attribute mine has is crit damage. Don't remember the talent, but it's not sledgehammer.
He been busted since the event started not even dropping seasonal items
Oh yeah and for the gun I got crt dmg and the talent every time you get a kill get 1 skill tier stacks to 3 times
Not much point doing the year one hunters now they've made the shield splinterer into a pretty ordinary AR
I think they did the nerfs as payback for people shitting on the seasonal characters
mine came with Swap Speed and the talent was Eyeless. I'm gonna change it, hahaaaaa

I tried the loot guy 3 times and no luck so far would have done it more but I was farming hotshot and break point pieces
It seems broken currently, I've done ~15 runs and not a single season/unique item has dropped from him so hopefully they fix it before event ends. :D
Yeah, it drops with a random talent, I've seen Vindictive and InSync...

nothing new in new update exept nerfing wapon that are realy hard to get if u play solo..ouroboros and st elmo.Average player that play solo will never get this wapon.This geam is great but developers make this so worse

You should be able to but there's reports of people not getting items to drop from the goblin

Let us know if you find a way to farm the gun cause I didn’t get good rolls on mine and I did it 3 times on other characters… I want damage to enemies out of cover but no luck… if the loot goblin doesn’t drop it it’s gonna be a pain to farm it cause I’m gonna have to make another character and get him to 40 to give it another go! Please let us know if you find a way to farm it without having to do all that
Why bother farming the Harvest Pistol they will nerf it next after the PTS lol 😂 You don’t gotta farm this will be your RNG drop every time next season lol it will drop Like Glue shotgun dropped !!😅
Nerfs come in because the community uses the same gear they look for builds on youtube then they use it with out making there own builds do i have orbro no but i do have a striker st elmos that i never use y because i use other builds
Preach brother no nerfs.... just buff up the garbage man, bring the other guns and gears up to par with the overused gears
