On a couch next to a monkey in the lounge area 5. Inside the small room with the 3 keener decoys, next to the bed. 6. After the cafeteria before you go down a ladder on top of a box on the wall. This triggers a keener decoys and then a giant duck decoy which I also shot so maybe that's #7 7. In the room immediately after that down the ladder, inside of a locker on the left. 8. In the steam trap hallway, on a crate in front of the 2nd valve you have to shoot. 9. The archives room (dark room with a lot of traps) has one on top of a desk sitting in a tray next to a desk fan, near the room exit. 10. The room immediately after that, to your left on the ground in the corner next to the red pipes. 11. In the water room, on the center cross walkway, inside of a blue barrel. This is the one I could only hit with a grenade as I couldn't get an angle on it with a gun. 12. In the final cave hallway before the boss room, on the ground behind one of the gates that are at the edges of the room, where you will see some traps as well. 13. Under the main console in the boss room.

I have been wondering where Bardon Shaeffer has been, if there has been one guy to instill terror in Keener it would be Bardon since he's a military specialist and not some desk jock turned menaiacle. So is he in the White House now to get to Bardon since couple seasons back Kelso said, "He's the key, we need to wake him up." ???
What i really liked about this manhunt was the music, especially in the generator room. The drums and everything reminded me of fighting the LMB back in td1
I agree with your theory about the Trojan Horse - all the Greek mythological references, the patches and the backpack trophy point to Keener being a Trojan Horse, the new DLC could be wild!
People keep thinking keener is still the main threat when that is further from the truth, its like the old saying goes "The enemy of my enemy is my friend" and keener makes it known that cal and nat are a big threat with trying to control the division and use it for their own goals.
One of the theory’s I have is the 5 or 6 watches that are in that case we get one. Kelso and the rest goes to other people and why Kenner asked to keep his watch remember he wants to out in the field with us but can’t because manny doesn’t trust him “yet” so I think he is going to use that watch to get data or keep the coms between him and us open And remember we have his old watch so he has been training/tracking us for a long period
He knows that if he starts running around DC/NYC with known Gold watch Division Agents, he will be a target. It doesnt serve his long term goals. Too much risk.
I think Keener is using this make his base of ops in plain sight. He's locked up in our Base of Ops, with agents that are under him but we don't know who is. It's perfect.
Who is Glass? For the traps we experienced throughout there’s a few mentions that they were “Glass’s” traps. Can’t recall any rogue agent with that call sign. Anybody know? Or is that a person who will be revealed next season?
I said the same thing in another video but my theory was that he let himself be captured. so that way once he was inside he reeks havoc and upload anna into the one place that the division wanted him nowhere near, its perfect cause think about it his team is nowhere near the level when we were hunting down his disciples a full on assault on division headquarters? right after the last one? hell no. This is Aaron keener, the first rouge agent he is a man of pure strategy. what better plan to get into the headquarters of the enemy then to get captured on purpose as a tactical insertion rather than a full scale assault. We also have not seen the rest of his team who is probably waiting to bust his ass out once anna is uploaded the servers are kuput the signal is sent and sullying pantaloons. these tests are most likely designed to introduce a level of humanity to the player by getting close to keener before having to make a huge choice. this is also probably where we are going to see a community divide between the two factions and a whole lot more. I mean honestly they locked his ass up RIGHT NEXT to the shd control servers.
Literally plowed through the Nyx trials in the span of a couple hours today... and then got stonewalled by the glitch for the boss of the Manhunt mission that makes it immortal in the third phase. So here I am to experience what I should have been able to see, had I not have a 0 health boss enemy ruin my night.
I haven’t played the game since before this update, so I haven’t experienced the final manhunt yet. I have been feeling a bit disinterested and a frustrated after all the technical difficulties and bugs, as well as the direction the story took last season, but your enthusiasm regarding the finale reignited the spark a little bit. I definitely agree, there were some heavy lore drops this season, which is fantastic. Still, I’m very skeptical, and I’m still not over the revival of Keener.
At one point Keener says that he’s putting together a team, then if we look in the panic room, we can see that the case he was carrying has 6 SHD watches in it. Knowing Keener, I don’t think these are your run of mill SHD watches. They’re most likely tampered. So I think the next season might be us going and finding each of those key members for this team, with that last watch being for us. I dunno, could be a stretch, but I think it’s definitely worth considering. 👌
Natalia was too sure about our activities and plans in the season end when she attacked the boo, considering during Johnsons hunt she had no idea the system was tied there must have been a secondary access provided by our watch to the server. Merrit modified keeners when they were dating and her family is tied to the private organization, the 'kabal', in the comm. Our current watch is the trap, the new one is likely a clean slate.
Not sure if you saw in game or saw online, someone pointed out on the post-it notes in Keener's cell in BoO, there are two of them that say "Stage 2 October 10." One is on the board above the watches on the desk, the other is in the cell on the map. You need photo mode to see them. I know Division weeks start on Tuesdays and October 10 is a Thursday. Not sure if it is anything, but doesn't Year 6 Season 2 drop in October?
I put out a post about them on Twitter- definitely interesting! It's not impossible that they'd do a Thursday launch- it happened once in recent memory for Season 9. But yeah seems odd to tease a date so close to the already-locked date of the 18th (according to the in-game calendar)
My thoughts on the manhunt ending. The trojan horse tropy: could Keener be playing the trojan horse. He's always keeping something secret. Looks like he surrendered to gain our help. But he's not always been trustworthy. Setup maybe...unlikely. Maybe he's got a trojan horse in Black Tusk (BT). Maybe a person planted undercover or a trojan horse virus in their system. We'll see. Next the ending itself. In a word...lack luster!!! Previous manhunts had endings that raised speculation or a big finale. Examples, WONY ending. Keener said we had no idea what's coming...left us guessing. Lau went to BT. Deemed a traitor but we learned she was working with Schaefer trying to take them down from the inside. More guessing. Mari manhunt...Ending cutscene Sokolova mentioned an asset. We later found it was Johnson & fighting him, he said that they (the Hunters) were the only ones still on mission. Hinting that we are ROGUE. Stovepipe manhunt. We get lured to Coney Island & attacked by hordes of BT tech (including a demon dog Warhound named Sparkles) while BT attack the BOO & take Vitaly & the machine to make a cure for Green Poison. Lots of questions raised & big finishes. But this time we get a simple HAND SHAKE??? Hope the next manhunt & DLC have enough excitement to make it up. Some will disagree with this but remember, I STILL LOVE THIS GAME.
the cabal could also be referencing to those "former leaders" going to the West (like the cheyenne complex) and might be hinting at the next game going out there having a division set in urban/suburban/rural wyoming & colorado would be sick
On a side note if you go into photo mode where keener is on the map there is a sticky note saying phase 2 to start 15th October the start of the next season or something else 🤔🤔🤔🤔
Cabal Shadow-Gov like from the Blacklist series or similar, that would definitely be a changer in the Division view of sight. Maybe a Splinter Cell crossover, which would make sense, in that regard.
Knowing Keener, something tells me he still has his own agenda, but he’s still smart enough to realize Black Tusk takes prevalence. What he decides to do after… well only time, or knowing him, even he might tell.
I honestly thought we were going rogue for a second, as if these trials were a way of recruiting us. And I've also noticed I think during the Leto trials ANNA started understanding what the Agent was doing despite the struggles he faces every minute spent in DC and may be taking a liking to him. At first she sounded like she was mocking us in some way until a Leto Bounty. I think she stuttered like she was trying to process why the Agent continues on even with the pressure constantly latching on. This could also be completely wrong since it's been weeks since Leto so I can't remember fully, I clipped it though so I can look back to refresh my memory.
I'm not convinced that it's not a re-used asset from previous set dec, and is coincidentally a date coming up soon- but worth keeping an eye on for sure.
10:21 I think what Keener is doing now is being a Trojan Horse. What does it mean when someone calls you a Trojan horse? A person or thing that joins and deceives a group or organization in order to attack it from the inside.
My question is why don’t we get any comms or cutscene of keener surrendering to the White House, he just appears at the White House so much left out in my opinion to make the finale better
@@onemorescout When you come across his hologram in the 70s retro living room, he says something like "I doubt my next home will be this comfortable." It seems he already knew he'd be ending up in a Whitehouse prison. Which begs the question, if he knew and he agreed, what's his goal then?
@realshots3968 There is a Comm of Keener approaching the White House, and discussing the terms of surrender with Manny. It's one of the ones you should get upon mission replay
That was what it appeared- but it was staged. Full explanation here in last Season's recap 👉 ruclips.net/video/it_KvIXO8r8/видео.htmlsi=2ZAvv9PT3LPZ9S5Y
So I keep seeing this build with the damage numbers pouring off on the side, what is it? Sorry if this is a dumb question, I play a lot but I am not in the know.
6:06 when I entered the room my very first time around I had dialogue play of Keener but didn't manage to get it again when I reran the mission for the comms
I think Keener wanted his watch to either download and or upload files to the White House SHD servers. Fred Johnson’s and Keener’s manhunt has SHD servers there, which were targeted many times by Black Tusks and other factions being manipulated by Black Tusks. Just play the regular mission and pay attention to the orange circle and the Phoenix. Also, the prison mission, which Theo was hacking a server, appears to have the “Cabal” data on it. Maybe we can’t trust Paul Rhodes like the Liberty Island mission suggested. Also, the watches in the case of Keener are most likely untraceable AI unless Claire Ortiz decided to check on ANNA servers. Or Theo remade it to not be traced. Manny is too stupid to take Birdie’s hint that we are bugged and numerous missions mysteriously has oppositions waiting on us or their back up on the way. It would be crazy if Mari Singh is a double agent. It’s very “fishy” how they just let her go with a device with the sonogram on it. I mean how else they know about Manny’s personal life on the other comms? Perhaps, the real Trojan Horse is her.
Sadly, there will be no more story after this. Ubisoft has canceled contracts with twelve servers in the past three months, which is why they consolidated the remainder. The remaining Division 2 server contracts have been scheduled for cancellation by December 31st. You can read this for yourself at each servers host page.
I couldn't finish this manhunt so far, the Chimera had no health but wouldn't go down, was using a Pestilence and had to go to ammo crate 2 times, finally just let the Chimera kill me, reset my Series X replayed it, same result and I'll get back to some time. Nice to see what happens
It did the same to me as well. I found out on here that if you switch your SHD tech to the reviver hive and the jammer that blows up the traps like he has in this video, it'll complete the mission. i did just the normal one too, going to run it back with some people on higher levels possibly.
One hint you have missed I your video. When you stand in Keener's cell and take a look at the maps which are in there you see a "post-it" with a date. This could be the next date for the new season?!?
So long as you have the proper expectations- Division 2 has a smaller dev team than Destiny (even after the layoffs, I wager), and therefore they don't have the capacity to deliver quite the same volume of Seasonal content. That said- the current pipeline is quite promising. Next month they're dropping Seasons 2.0, which is an entirely new Seasonal model that they've been working on for ~2 years or so. And then the following Season in early 2025 is bringing an all-new DLC with a new map and missions. So there's some good stuff coming!
Throughout the last trial, specifically the bunker part, I noticed that the whole thing was about Keener trusting us, but not the other way around. Did Black Tusk showing up feel a bit too convenient to anyone else? Rogue, I think you're right about Keener being a Trojan Horse. Just "giving up" is so out of character (I thought it might/should have been Kelso that showed up after the Nyx trial. Manning would have believed her) I also wondered about Schaffer. Is he even still alive? Last thought: could this whole thing be just another Keeners slight of hand, with the goal of getting into this "secret organization" (and possibly run the whole thing?)
I can’t beat the final bounty for nix. I am a level 43 and I have been using the St. Elmo Engine assault rifle. Any advise would be so greatly appreciated
@AshenFox05 You've got 7ish weeks until the Season concludes, so don't be afraid to take some time to continue leveling up, improve your build, and take another crack at it. Using St Elmo's is a great option- my only other advice is to take the fights slow and from a distance, use a Decoy to take some of the heat off of yourself. Good luck!
ignore boss during invulnerability phase, focus drones until they are all gone, even if the dogs shield goes down before then, they don't keep spawning once keener does his thing. then just kite the boss around cover while avoiding as much damage as you can. repeat for all phases. that's what worked for me.
@chevygarage4813 The Jammer Pulse is your best friend to take care of the drones, otherwise it's just about staying mobile to avoid taking damage, and going as slow as you need with the fight. There's no rush to damage the Warhound once the damage phase opens up

Great video rogue. I am not ashamed to say that I did that mission in normal 😅 the bloody warhound just gave me flashbacks to the stovepipe manhunt 😬. Anyway some people say it was a lackluster seasonal ending but people forget at this point were supposed to be in Brooklyn now if it wasn't delayed so they had to do something and keener surrendering himself is a way to do that... that being said I think you're onto something there's a reason he surrendered himself and I do wonder. Next season makes sense to try and find theo and kelso ... maybe they're a target for a hunter and we gotta track them both down? Either way schaffer needs to wake the he'll up. Think keener will definitely want to question him. I think something will happen that will force us to go Brooklyn ... whether it's cal and he decides to fully flag us a rogue by issac or the white house gets under attack again. In the final manhunt mission the black tusk were clearly after keener so maybe they go after him at the white house. Either way I'm stoked by how this story is going. As for the cabal ... that's interesting. Maybe they the hooded men who april Keller saw when they got her husband. Wasn't there people talking about division agents disappearing in div 1? It's been ages since I last played so I could be talking nonsense 😅

Not surprised at the kabaul thing figured that might be the case in D1. No way Soka is doing this alone. Endless deep pockets? Backing. Amherst was a known nut. Brilliant, but a nutter to be sure. Where’d he get a crisper. I’m sure he didn’t pick that up at Mace’s. And of course Kenner has a plan. He always does things with intent. The watch? He wants close to Issac. Rewrite? Upload Anna remotely? You missed a comms connection: remember the comms in D1 from the docks? That gal that said the radio podcast guy was dangerous?? He’s connected.
Didn't watch to avoid spoilers, but I get the gist from the comments and I'm intrigued. What's the grind factor for all this going to be if I try to get back into it after two(-ish) years of not playing it at all? Worth it or nah? FWIW, I loved TD and TD2/WoNY and miss both, just got tired of the repetition.
Don't know if you played when the Countdown game mode was added to the game- but that content alone has slashed the grind requirement of the game considerably. With Targeted Loot selection, and the sheer number of loot drops per run, you can get together almost any build you want quite fast. Other than that; they've added a rogue-lite game mode, an Incursion, two Legendary missions, tons of QoL/balancing stuff, and of course several Seasons of story/lore. There's a new DLC coming up in a few months as well!

6. After the cafeteria before you go down a ladder on top of a box on the wall. This triggers a keener decoys and then a giant duck decoy which I also shot so maybe that's #7
Probably a reason why I should go back to playing Div took a break since content was lack luster but seeing this may go back
Welcome back agent o7
Depending on when you left, you probably won't have much new outside of lore and cosmetics. Depending on how much of a completionist you are, you may want to just wait for the DLC.
@@easy6427 that’s what my friend told me as well I mainly put in hours to keep up with the story (manhunt) but other than that the DLC is what I’m truly looking forward to
@DarkDragoon117 if you don't have other games that you've been meaning to get into or get back to, then by all means get back into D2! Lately it's been my filler game. I'm probably going to set it down for awhile when Space Marines 2 comes out next week, and then again when Mech Warrior Clans drops next month.
@@easy6427 I’m a D1 and D2 veteran played since beta waiting for the new Assassin Creed releasing November but playing some Ghost Recon Breakpoint as a filler
I like how they added landmines to the whole mission so we dont rush through it
I have been wondering where Bardon Shaeffer has been, if there has been one guy to instill terror in Keener it would be Bardon since he's a military specialist and not some desk jock turned menaiacle. So is he in the White House now to get to Bardon since couple seasons back Kelso said, "He's the key, we need to wake him up." ???
His biometrics are the key to diamond.
He is laying at clinic in white house u can visit him
Thanks for the video. Haven’t played TD2 in months - looks like it’s time to pick it back up! Super pumped about the expansion.
👊 It should be fun indeed! Welcome back!
💯
Yeah, but I suspect the trojan can be someone else beside Keener or might be us infiltrating Manny's trust with Keener.
Kelso and the rest goes to other people and why Kenner asked to keep his watch remember he wants to out in the field with us but can’t because manny doesn’t trust him “yet” so I think he is going to use that watch to get data or keep the coms between him and us open
And remember we have his old watch so he has been training/tracking us for a long period
He knows that if he starts running around DC/NYC with known Gold watch Division Agents, he will be a target.
It doesnt serve his long term goals. Too much risk.
@@RogueWill83 true, but it came from his own mouth when we first saw him at the White House
@@Eztatg true.
Another theory is that he needs his watch to either hack something, monitor something, or remain in contact with someone.
I thought that Keener was going to zap us when he handshakes us, and imagine if they are talking about MM in the last comm 🌚
This was great! Thanks for doing this. I missed a lot.
👍👍 Glad you enjoyed and that it was helpful!
many questions - 1. Paul Rhodes and Benitez take on the Keener situation.. 2. Vik, Wally and the others..
Love being able to get my Division fix from the videos here since I can't keep up with the full experience solo.
👊 Happy to keep you in the loop my friend, thanks for tuning in!
It's just their nickname for Theo Parnell 👍
I couldn't finish the mission because of that damn glitch.
Got the chimera to the third phase, depleted it's health and the damn thing don't die.
The reason for keener being in custody is part of those last few comms between him and Manny. It was a condition of potentially working with Keener
If we see Mel in the DLC I hope her character looks like Katee Sackhoff since Katee did voice Mel in the Audio drama
Solid theory, I agree we've yet to see the full implications of taking him in!
All I’m asking for is to use ANNA as our A.I. buddy. I want to see that orange circle turn red so bad
I was in the base of operations and heard Arron keener say “ manny thinks this panic room can hold me “.
We should not trust Aaron Keener
@@itsyaboiadam2061Nah, I trust him. I'm so happy we didnt kill him
@@itsyaboiadam2061 that is why the famous quote of the day is “the enemy of my enemy is my friend”
Totally worth considering- love the theory!
Meret
I literally laughed out loud when ANNA said “ISAC jour job is really boring” 😂
Their banter was great!
cant wait to see whats next mr gold! thanks for cool video.
🙌 Thanks for watching!
Don't forget the sticky note on the board in Keener's cell (you can see it in photo mode) that says "Stage 2 is Oct 10"
Some will disagree with this but remember, I STILL LOVE THIS GAME.
the cabal could also be referencing to those "former leaders" going to the West (like the cheyenne complex) and might be hinting at the next game going out there
having a division set in urban/suburban/rural wyoming & colorado would be sick
The manhunts just keep getting better and better.
Rogue does that apply to all the final Manhunt Missions if you are missing comms?
Yes
@Nesquick91 Yes, though technically that's a mechanic under the Legacy Manhunt system as opposed to the "original" design, if you will.
This game is still crazy underrated
Man, they missed the opportunity doing the Predator handshake there in my opinion
Missed the reference to “stage 2, October 10th” on the post its in Keener’s cell
It’s probably because of the DLC delay, him being locked up is a way to “pause” the story until it’s ready
@@onemorescout Yeah this and the next season, was kinda slapped together fast, to add the needed time to properly complete the DLC.
@@onemorescout When you come across his hologram in the 70s retro living room, he says something like "I doubt my next home will be this comfortable." It seems he already knew he'd be ending up in a Whitehouse prison. Which begs the question, if he knew and he agreed, what's his goal then?
The tunnel escape route links to the white house
@realshots3968 There is a Comm of Keener approaching the White House, and discussing the terms of surrender with Manny. It's one of the ones you should get upon mission replay
Totally bummed that the hound didn’t drop any thing cool for the agents like a new skill
Could this Cabal be linked to previous easter eggs in the game like the Morovian Society?
Anything's possible- that wouldn't shock me!
I haven’t kept up well and I haven’t done the manhunts, but didn’t we kill keener at the end of WONY?
That was what it appeared- but it was staged. Full explanation here in last Season's recap 👉 ruclips.net/video/it_KvIXO8r8/видео.htmlsi=2ZAvv9PT3LPZ9S5Y
So I keep seeing this build with the damage numbers pouring off on the side, what is it? Sorry if this is a dumb question, I play a lot but I am not in the know.
No worries at all! It's actually setting-related, not tied to a certain build. Head to: Settings > UI > Scrolling Combat Text > Floating 👍
@@RogueGold haha, now I feel even dumber...lol. Thanks for clarifying....great video BTW, it inspired me to want to try the manhunt now.
Keener turning himself in is a ploy in the climax mission he did say he is going to have to wear a mask he doesn't want to wear
Did you check out the map on the cell wall and the sticky notes on the back wall of the cell. October date
@@youngbirdman07 thanks, I was running the jammer pulse but had the assault turret, when I try it again will try the reviver instead
One hint you have missed I your video. When you stand in Keener's cell and take a look at the maps which are in there you see a "post-it" with a date. This could be the next date for the new season?!?
Thursday launches are rare, but it's possible
so with the current state of destiny, should i migrate to the division 2? i played a hell a lot of the division 1 back in the day
So long as you have the proper expectations- Division 2 has a smaller dev team than Destiny (even after the layoffs, I wager), and therefore they don't have the capacity to deliver quite the same volume of Seasonal content.
Just let us go Rogue at this point Ubisoft!

They should've used areas that not everyone has played through like the incursion and dark hours, etc. They don't even try to mix it up.
Too many things could happen. That's why I love this storyline so much!
My friend pointed this out how come keener immediately knew how to disable the shields
I want to point out that at the end of the last season, kener copy's your watch make of that what you will
The fact that my character didn't punch Keener in the face after he reached for that handshake is peak modern writing. The fuck outta here lol.
I can’t beat the final bounty for nix. I am a level 43 and I have been using the St. Elmo Engine assault rifle. Any advise would be so greatly appreciated
Use the 3x exp to level up SHD watch
@@Eztatg Thank you I’ll try that.
Good luck!
@@RogueGold Will do thank you!
Is there any tips to get past the final boss I keep getting killed
ignore boss during invulnerability phase, focus drones until they are all gone, even if the dogs shield goes down before then, they don't keep spawning once keener does his thing. then just kite the boss around cover while avoiding as much damage as you can. repeat for all phases. that's what worked for me.
@chevygarage4813 The Jammer Pulse is your best friend to take care of the drones, otherwise it's just about staying mobile to avoid taking damage, and going as slow as you need with the fight. There's no rush to damage the Warhound once the damage phase opens up
@RogueGold thank you so much for your help I really appreciate it, brother. I love your videos. Keep up the good work
what build are you running in the gameplay?
4-piece Striker, 1x Sokolov, Coyote's Mask, and the Ouroboros 👍

Is there a complete lore video to date including Div1?

Maybe Keener is there to access the global net work and up load Anna into it?
Solid theory!
So we as players just gonna ignore the fact this man in the first game let a national guardsman get hanged then monologued in front of him as he died?
U didn't mention those 6 watches in briefcase. For what, for who, very interesting what's coming after
back in WONY when we 'killed" keener i had always thought to myself that it felt off that he died. My man Always had to make sure that he was the smartest person in the room. So there was no way he was actually dead. when i played the final mission last season and seen him alive i lost my shit just screaming "I FUCKING KNEW IT"
Not surprised at the kabaul thing figured that might be the case in D1.
He’s connected.

does anyone else see similarities to Raymond "Red" Reddington handing himself in in Blacklist?
I won’t lie. Shaking Keeners hand felt wrong. I wanted a choice at that point. I’ve been doing what I ‘believe’ is the right thing for 8 years. But is it?
Did this mission include new music?
I didn't pick up on any, but that very easily could have just been me being distracted.
Maybe we'll get to meet our Division 1 agent in the dlc taking hornets place
I took a very long break from this game about 4 months and holy crap I went from level 1 in my season track to 95 in 3 hours. That 3x xp should be more common jesus
