Fun fact I got the InBody done and bodpod right after. InBody said 21% bf and 60.2 SMM, bodpod (more accurate supposedly) said I was 25% bf and 74.9 SMM. So it might be more accurate then you think being 90 lbs of muscle.
The EnerPlex is sooo close to the baseline in everything that I’d have to think something was off with that muscle mass number. Scale position, you sneezed, who knows :-) all said that $30 scale looks like a great deal.
