Pasquale is the best Italian chef on you tube, I hit thumbs up before I watch & can always change my vote, but never had to & I say that on every video of his. This is a great recipe & looks delicious, if you have an Italian " pork store" nearby, buy your chops there. If you have a very special occassion & have a specialty butcher store, try chops from Spain from their black forest hogs that are free roaming & their main diet is hazelnuts, wild mushrooms, etc...be prepared to pay a lot of money for the chops, unless you are wealthy, this is a special occasion product
The one dislike is prob the immediate next door neighbor, smells all the wonderful flavors coming out of that kitchen, but never gets to taste the amazing creations. I cant say enough about how well this man makes food. I could burn water 2 yrs ago, started watching his videos and learned so much... the key to amazing food besides his fresh ingredients is slow cooking, if chef says cook at medium, I turn my stove top to low lol.
This was AMAZING! I used veal chops since someone in the family has an allergy to pork. I LOVE all the recipes I've tried from your cooking show. LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

I made this last night. Yet another delicious recipe by Chef Pasquale, and so easy to make. I saved the leftover sauce, reduced it and used it to make a risotto the next day. So good!

I tried this tonight…..probably the best way to have pork chops. It reminds me of a bbq sauce that is native to Minnesota called Wee Willy’s, but the wine is just so much more savory.
