I made Pork Lombardy this past Monday. It was absolutely delicious. I posted a picture of the plate on facebook. We had the leftovers tonight. Hard to believe but it was even better. We have looked at other recipes you have shared and we definitely try them. Got my husband interested in helping me cook. Thank you for that!!! I am new to this website. Totally enjoy you!! Please keep the recipes coming. My Mom made a fantastic Italian bread. I try to duplicate it but it is not the same. I saw you have posted an Italian Bread video. I will watch it.
Pasquale, you are the best Italian chef on you tube, i will continue to say that on your videos. This is a great recipe, i really like it , & seeing Lombardy, i am 57, i can't help think of coach Vince Lombardi of Green Bay Packers. Also folks, at the start, Pasquale gave you a great tip for frying meats with fat around the edges, i was taught many years ago, for chops, steaks, etc... if you space out & make small slits completely through the rim fat, all the way around( do not go into the meat) , your meat will not curl up when frying/grilling/broiling, etc... it works as i always do it. Even works on some skin on fish filets if the type of fish tends to curl. Hope that helps, God Bless everyone
