Hey Cayden- I just started wrestling a few months ago, and now camps started up and kicked my ass haha. I’ve loved it though and since I started I’ve been watching your videos. I just wanted to let you know they’re super entertaining and I’ve learned a lot. I’m going into my Freshman year in mid August- do you have any tips for balancing school, extracurriculars, and wrestling?
I wrestled in HS and college but this was late 90s early 2000s lol. But one thing I wish people told me was this- wrestle as much as u can. Different styles , places, people. If ur serious about it there is no off season! Wrestler people better than u every chance u get. Go to camps, open mats etc... Stay ready so u never have to get ready! Best of luck!

Do you do abs and core exercises like crunch, planks, or ab roll instead of sit-ups, as sit-ups can have a very bad effect on your back?

My routine is going to be going to the gym working on muscle endurance and explosivness best part is they even got sort of a snap down machine so practice that and get muscle endurance wnd explosivness
