I sold the Miata after a very short 4 months and ended up buying a car on Bring a Trailer! I will be sharing the rest of my experience once the car comes in.

I bought a car off of BAT a few months ago. I'm very happy with it.I have only done a few upgrades to it like tires, head unit and oil change. Everything else on the car was perfect
Car just showed up today and I must say, I am very impressed!

I forgot that I did replace the top and put fresh tires on it.

If the final bid is $10,000 you'll pay that plus $500 (5% fee).
Just the name of the website puts me off. I always thought the cars sold on such websites were not driveable for one reason or another...so you had to have a trailer. Just as well I'm not in the USA, I'd be spending more time there than RUclips.
The name of the site is funny, I agree. I think they mean more in the sense that it is a collector vehicle that someone wouldn't drive home. Either way, I always think the same as you, as if the car is broken so come tow it away. lol
