Are the jolly rancher apples extremely hard to bite into? I guess more harder than the regular apples using the sugar mixture? I love this and want to try. Thanks for sharing with us!

Not at all. They are the same texture. But I always tell my customers that candy apples are meant to be eaten like lollipops 😂

Hello, it depends on the temperature . The hotter it is in whatever area you are in determines how fast they may melt. Cool to room temperature they can last a while.

How do you not have little bubbles on it ?

I boil the wax off the apple & let it sit for 24 to 48 hrs so the sap can come out the apple.

Hey, the white food coloring helps make sure the apples are not transparent or see-through when you color the sugar mix. You can find food coloring to order online if you don’t have a store near you that sells it.
