In this video we talk about an issue that always pops up even though most athletes are taught this on their very first day of practice! If the feet aren't lined up correctly it could lead to right sector fouls, massive loss in power, and loss of balance and fouling at the front of the circle. 12:20 another thing is you have to have a flat shoe with a wide toe box and wide heel for glide shot. The Nike Zoom rival SD is OK, but a shoe optimized for the hammer, like the Zoom Rotational, is not. the Zoom rotational is too rounded side to side--it is designed to contact around the outer edge of the shoe, so it is harder to have a consistent, balanced glide start.
