Thanks for the easy to understand directions. I was always opening too soon.!! I'll be turning 50 years old in September. Can't wait to throw a 3kg shot!!
A brilliant explanation of how to do these drills, I will be using them right throughout what's left of this summer season, then really focus on them from this winter onwards.
