Fellas here is a story for you. There is this girl in my gym she is about 5-9 her body is stacked face is wow. She always has 4-5 dudes talking to her. Now I am 5-8 decent body still not where I want to be but on my way. I have never even looked in her direction, well I have because she is hot but I do what I have to do and leave because I am on my grind as a man chasing excellence. At some point of our life we all asked one simple question "how to understand" womens.
The answer is simple - you can't understand them.
They don't "work" as we do. What we expect during conversation is logic and specific answers (or specific way of answers), but girls don't care about logic and specific answers, they only care about share her feelings and emotions with you.
So what you can only do is to learn "how to feel" womens.

When you say girls, you can't truly mean all, but the average. How many do you think are emotional addicts?
I've noticed quite a variety regarding how emotional or rational women are when making decisions and to what extent they need to talk to someone (introverts do exist, LOL).
On a related note, I got a firm preference for certain personality types and also noticed that no matter how hard I try, I won't get along with some other personality types.
When you look at MBTI, or 16 Personalities, I am most attracted to ENTP and ESTP (who both have a rather bad reputation in the community and from my personal experience are more rational and pragmatic, but also less emotional and tend to lean to low empathy and disregard of authority) and I struggle to get along with anything of the type XXFX, in particular Fi-types (ESFP, ISFP, ENFP, INFP).
While I'm not autistic, with these personality types, I'm pretty much lost on reading them beyond the things they say directly and that despite otherwise understanding things like irony and allusions, or social cues in general. However, these types remain for me a black-box, erratic, and highly irrational. I can't assume that they work towards what's in the best interest of the group, nor their own. Quite often, they do things that actively harm their own interests for petty reasons and they get angry at someone, but when you ask them they'll always lie and say that everything is fine, and perhaps in a year or even longer they finally get emotionally distant enough to actually say what had triggered them all the way back...
