If you spend all your youth in frivolous flings and relationships that only last 3 months without bothering to work on long term skills, you will most likely struggle if you want to settle down when you're older. With that being said, you could look someone right in the eye while saying nothing, and that will demonstrate confidence while being silent, so I get what you are saying. But if you were being silent and avoiding eye contact, that would show a lack of confidence.

But don't try to calculate which will work best to impress or attract a woman, because once you do that, you have become the submissive one trying to gain her approval, instead of being the dominant one and making her work to gain your approval.

Been a player for the better first half of my life...i can even remember back to middle school, doing and using all of those skills to have a new woman i was going out with, at least every other month, and going on to high-school, my first job, at work (especially if you ever worked at a mall) kept it up, but now, looking back at those relationships and those behaviors, now still single and no kids, and actually trying not to be an asshole for a change, has blown up in my face and definitely didn't help my cause. Now that i know what i want in a woman, and am confident that im missing out on is marriage and having kids....or at least a partner ( not just a FWB situation, and careful if they have kids, especially young children, the child was calling me dadda, as oppose to avoiding the whole situation). Women also need to know that they shouldn't bring a man around to their home, and family, unless they plan on being serious....and make sure your partner actually isnt exactly like you in some ways, started with " i love you" to helping watch kids and dating for 3 years, after me saying im done, and tired of stagnant relationship, and not wanting to say goodbye to the children, but the having a order of protection placed on me, just so i stay out of their family's lives. Guys, be gentlemen, and ladies, go slow...patience and getting to know who you're dating over time, will do wonders. Now at 34 yo im ready for kids, the wife, but now everyone i know is married or in a relationship or has kids, including friends, and they vanished too ( which is understandable if you have a new family) but i just wish i could find Mrs right...if there is such a person....but time will tell. My ex took my heart away when she place that protection order and including the kids, i took care of the youngest one 3 yrs old, and still thinks im her "dadda," shit really sucks, especially if your family gets involved. 💔 Just be yourself and be patient. I've been accused of being a "player" 7 or 8 times in my life that I can recall. And no I'm not a player nor have I ever been a player.
It's just that the women who find me attractive view me as mysterious because I'm generally introverted, but then also see me as confident because I have no problem talking to women and am also sociable and open when I feel comfortable around people. So I never know if I should be offended or honoured when they call me a player.

The key here fellas is to have balance! I had to learn this. I let my emotions come out with my ex girl. When she was pointing out the things i did and wasn't doing and not letting go of the past. There was no mental or physical abuse or cheating here, just a rocky start in getting to know each other. Well naturally i started to defend myself, instead of listening and walking away to let her live with the decision to leave.

Legend, though I'd say #3 is a little exaggerated. A modest level of courtesy builds charisma and gives you an edge. It's just gotta happen on YOUR terms and IF she's EARNED it. It builds trust to be a gentleman from time to time and gives her something to dig for, but there's nothing special about it if you're a gentleman to everybody all the time is it? And particularly not to a broad you just met and have no personal history with. You want to give her the idea that you'll treat her that way if she's special to you, and give her the idea that she MIGHT BE special to you, so that she's certain about your capabilities but uncertain about her own.

You can show all these traits as much as you want but if are not at least decent in regard to physical appearance you will just look silly and pathetic. To be a player you should own these traits, not pretend or mimic them plus have a nice face, body and good height, a thing most will never manage to do. So just be yourself, feel good in your skin and don't try to be someone you are not and will never be!
