Hi guys, recently found your channel and i love it. i do maybe 2 or 3 workouts for 1 hour a week, and try to do at least 2 workouts a week with only tabata style. i try to do 4 tabata rounds with 2min rest between so basiclly 16 minutes of training + 6 minutes of rest so 22 minutes on that 2 days. Do you think this is enough, i know its pretty short but i feel burned after it so i must be doing something ok. Whats your opinion? THanks and keep up the good work!

I think you have established a great base and can slowly build up on it and do more ... my biggest advice at this point in time for you is to make sure you are hitting every muscle group AT LEAST once a week as well as getting your cardio in .. I'd rather you make sure you target everything and work on building up intensity and time from there! but like I said at first, you have a solid base but I definitely think you can keep adding on if your availability allows you so

I once tried this 5 mins routine and then tried lifting weights 😂😂 failed miserably but super sored the next day. Thank you for motivating people like us. We're obliged to have a channel like yours.

I did the clapping ones on my knees, but managed to stay up on the others - might not have been super fast, but I have really been trying to do the full version of all push up variations. Loving it! Awesome as always guys!

you just gotta work your entire chest out and really focus on even symmetrical building... incorporate some unilateral work to fix the asymmetry as well!

I sprained my wrist a few years ago and I can't bend them very far, and since then I've done push-ups on my knuckles. Is that okay, and are there any ideas you have to rebuild flexibility in my wrist?
you can schedule the muscle groups however you really want honestly, I recommend you try and hit every muscle group at least twice a week and have a 24 hour rest before hitting it again .. do not neglect any muscle groups!!
