🙋Off subject..I made your chili oil a couple days ago..using my fav.. avocado oil. IT'S INSANELY DELICIOUS!! I even put it on my ceasar salad..mix it in my homemade dressing..added to coconut oil..when I made popcorn..tostada's & tacos today..I will never make or buy salsa ever again..Thank You for sharing🤗.. almost forgot..had noodles for breakfast..just to satisfy the craving.. tomorrow in breakfast burritos..I'm so addicted.. Couldn't help myself..had Accent in my spice cabinet..
I have tried this, and it turned out quite nice! I swapped red chilli for dried bird's eye chilli flakes for a bit of colour. I had prepped my zucchini in the morning, let it soak, then prepared it in the evening.. i squeezed out the juice from them before patting them with paper towels. 3 medium size zucchinis, yielded 2 serves.
I made this for dinner tonight! It was a success even for my small children! It was so delicious, I had to use fish sauce instead of oyster sauce because I couldn’t find any at the store, and I also had to use 2 more zucchini’s because it wasn’t enough noodles for us… Green onions, garlic and the pepper are a really good mix! Loved loved everything about it.

I am crazy about this recipe. Made numerous times. Sometimes I substitute tofu for the chicken, adding the tofu once garlic Ginger chili scallions start sizzling with sauce. Thank you for this recipe! I subscribed after first trying your egg fried rice recipe, which was delicious!
Just made this and it is amazing. The only change I made was I didn't have the fresh garlic and ginger so I used powdered spice. 2tsp garlic and 1 tsp ginger. Absolutely amazing!
Seonkyoung, this is an amazing recipe for people who follow weight watchers as well, I did reduce the oil a little bit to only 1 tablespoon total but it was still delicious 💕
I made this once with zucchini and once without zoodles. I just used the sauce and techniques on ground turkey. I made lettuce wraps and a hoison based dipping sauce. The only thing I did extra was the ginger, green onions and chili's I used a mortar with hot sesame oil and avocado oil then added it to the veggies. This was so good. I will definitely make this monthly. Thank you. 😊

Please consider using the juice from the salted zucchini leftover for a homemade veggie broth. I save all of left over unused parts of any veggies i cook or just eat raw. For a fantastic good tasting veggie broth. If you do this may i suggest a freezer ziploc bag for storing the unused parts of the veggies in the freezer until you have time to boil them for the broth. For my family and friends we are so used to this homemade veggie broth for oh so cold winters. Or unhealthy sicknesses to make the ones you love feel... better.

You got it wrong. It's zucchini noodles which are also called zoodles. Hence, the zu:ders. It's not a different pronunciation, just a different word.
