Nick what yr? Most if them have valve cover gasket leak and vanos solenoid problems. My 330i did. It was an e90 yr06. But other than that it never had problems. Easy fixes.
Hey, thanks for watching. In my experience, if it has been maintained well, then the 2006 330's are one of the most reliable BMW's available. Some common issues to keep in mind are failed injector coils, suspension leaks/ cracks, oil leaks, and various minor electrical concern which are hard to get rid of like the adaptive headlights, restraint system warnings, brake sensors, etc. There are many little things that can have potential of going wrong so keep that in mind, but the engine and transmission are absolutely durable and will last a long time if taken care of. Also, make sure the drive shaft is not worn as is usually the case at that mileage and the starter, fuel pump, timing belt, and water pump are in good condition or recently replaced as they usually will start acting up sometime around/ after that mileage. Finally, the driving experience in and of itself makes this car such a great ownership experience. If you buy it and plan to perform some DIY maintenance, check out Auto Repair Guys on RUclips, they have a lot of easy to follow videos for this car and has helped me quite a bit in my ownership experience. Good luck!
