I took my ex for granted and neglected her but she says she still loves me and wants to get back together but she wants me to prove I can change and wants to stay friends until then, what should I do? She is in a rebound relationship she said she is only with him to fill the void and because she’s lonely, she is an anxious attachment style which makes sense that she is in a new relationship

@@IamCoachCourt yea so we have been broken up for 3 weeks and she keeps reaching out I know she still loves me and she says she wants to be friends until she knows I’ve changed so what do I do about that? I am putting the work into change that’s all I’ve been focused on
