Bale dominates that FvF scene simply by taking his glasses off.
This scene from the movie which was shown here it was so powerful, It was Shelby's way of telling him that
"I know who you are and I respect you but I am gonna have to bow down to this guy just so we could turn our dreams true"
I saw this movie, first one I went to see for months, it was a great film.
I love the fact that it's a story about a rowdy English cowboy and a proper Texas gentleman.
the movie is fantastic and now another racing favorite movie
I would recommend watching The 24 Hour War documentary before this imo. That way one can tell which parts were dramatized in the movie or which parts were or weren't there, as well as compare the characters vs how they are described in the documentary, what personality they had.

Jim Carrey playing andy Kaufman.
mATT AND cHRISTIAN WERE FABULOUS INTHIS MOVIE...wow!
The mind-boggling fact about this story is that Henry Ford II was the grandson of Henry Ford. He was thirty when his grandfather died. Carrol Shelby died in 2012. Just think about it. The entire progress we've achieved from there being no automobiles as such, to the current state of automotive technology, was achieved within less than 2 lifespans.
