I had this conversation with myself last year. I was working around 16hrs a day and began to realize that I was out of time. I couldn't grow any further because I didn't have any extra time. I actually wrote down the quote, 'what got you here, won't get you there'. I decided to niche down and become the leader in that niche. My thinking is that it is better to be a big fish in a small pond, than a small fish in a big pond. Even the smallest niche markets have revenue rates of $20M-$40M annually. If someone can dominate a tiny niche and over a 5 year period control 10% of the market share in that niche ... boom.

Hi I am from the Uk as you are probably aware we left the EU 5 years ago EBay are bringing in new regulators on December 13th regarding all products sold into the EU come under GPSR general product safety regulations where we have supply contact details and manufacturers safety certificates etc when selling an item to the EU? Does this apply to you in the USA? when Americans are selling products to the Eu Thanks ☺️ PS love watching you here in the UK
