  • The new metal framed P320 just might be the best gun to come out of Sig Sauer in 2020. Packed with tons of features not previously available on the 320 series it's certainly worth a look.

oh no honsest!!! you messed up your slide!!! if you put glock/trijicon screws in those holes you stripped the holes in the slide!!!!!!!! For some reason, in their infinite "sig wisdom", instead of using the industry standard and using 6/32 pitch threads for their screws, they tapped their trijicon holes with 6/40 threads!!!!! I almost fucked my slide up as well before i realized and researched this issue as it just wasn't fitting right.... luckily I only stripped the first two threads at best and then HAD TO ORDER THE CORRECT PITCH SCREWS AND SHIM THEM DOWN TO SIZE!!!!! THIS IS SIG BEING STUPID YET AGAIN!!!! MAKE SURE YOU ADDRESS THIS IN YOUR 1000 ROUND REVIEW VIDEO because you are going to save a lot of people from ruining their slide and sig doesn't warranty them if you put the wrong pitch screws in... trust me I called and as we all know sig, customer service is some of the worst on the planet so that was a nightmare!!!

If you are scared of the price, remember, it’s an investment, and one you likely won’t lose money on. Firearms are an excellent investment when you purchase the right ones. Legion and Scorpion trim Sigs fit that category

I feel sorry for people that dont have a rual king close to them. I have one 6 minutes from my house.they still sell 9mm for 15$ for 50. No way in hell is that pistol worth 1800-2200$ what does it have over a 650$ x compact besides rmr compatibility and a aluminum frame. I even think the newer model x compacts might be coming rmr compatible. I might be mistaken on that though. Do people not realize that this is a cock and unlocked pistol? The 1911 is a single stack 45 with a hammer. The SIG P320s are double stack 9 mm with a striker. If the hammer is cocked on the 1911 and the safety is up then it’s cocked and locked. On most of the Sig p320 There is new safety even though the striker is pre-cocked. That means you’re carrying a cocked and unlocked pistol. Unlike every other striker pistol on the market, there is no safety built into the actual trigger.

Great review! Glad I got one before you for a change. I put the Trijicon RMR on mine and as you ran into no screws. With a very long Sig phone call hold time and a few emails here is what those screws are. 6-40 screws with a .41" over all length. Sig stated later they are coming out with the screw kit and that little gasket to go in-between the optic and slide.

I think you misspoke on the pricing. These can be purchased as low as $1100. None of the 11 online vendors that have this gun in stock were any where near $1800.

Check out Armory Craft Inc. They manufacture high quality SIG aftermarket parts. The have a fix for the sluggish trigger reset. They make a steel magwell, also a brass backstrap insert to add a little weight if desired. Have a great day.

For $1200+ I would just spend the extra and buy an actual 226. This should be a $900-1k gun.

The CCP virus on top of the subsequent lockdowns surely played a factor in the price, not to mention the political climate.

Time for you to revisit the HK VP9 and SK variant. They also came out with a new long slide version. I like them alot.

Can anyone tell me which model of 320 this is analogous too as far as holsters are concerned? There are so many different types of 320s I can’t figure out which model I would select if I were to say pick up a safari land for my AXG scorpion

I swapped in the AXG grip module (black) into my XCarry and I think you nailed it with the P226 comparison. I jokingly call it my P320-229. Good comfortable feel, though I am hoping I can find a mag well that works, as I miss my Springer Precision low profile.

I was just playing with one of the guys at the Sig pro shop on Sunday, I think I would probably go with the Icarus precision before the Sig, The G10 grips were not nearly aggressive enough, I didn’t particularly like the way the frame was contoured

I have an older 229 and put the piranha g10 grips on it. Super grippy and highly recommend the grips and gun of course 😁

I like Sig pistols but recent years pricing strategy seems to be quite outrageous! I can understand if it's a hand fitted custom gun but I seriously doubt there's that much custom hand fitted work to justify the $2000 price tag.

I basically like Sigs and their super quality for their all steel pistols, it is what they are known for. Is'nt it funny that when the P320 first came out it could be bought in standard form for around 449.00? At least near me, that was cost, then all the upgrades and options over time, of course making the gun nicer, better, whatever.......but now we are almost back to making the all steel Sig, as this one is,. maybe they will soon be making it in their classic, d-cocker version with a hammer??? I just find it interesting that Sig initially wanted a pistol much more in-expensive and to compete in the price range of the Glocks, as the years went by, even the standard P320 is almost 650 in most markets now, but the Glocks are holding around 5-6............just and observation, I am not a real Glock fan. And right now, while all thing firearms are so hard to get, I'm kinda tired of seeing ALL the gun MFG's be all happy and giddy about their new creations that are impossible to find or price hiked , to buy........how about cranking out more of what you already make, and hold off on those designs until the production can keep up with demand???

Take a hard look at the high bore axis on the gun and add that to the actual dot on the red dot. We’re talking around 3 1/2 inches. Absolutely ridiculous, have to keep that grip in a vice to keep the dot on target.
