Isn't there a 10 million dollar lawsuit by a federal agent among other cases for the p320 going off in the holster? Separate from the drop safe issue that was resolved. Thoughts?
Ok, MRE story time I guess. When I was in basic, we had a dude who didn’t know what the silica packets were that came in the packets of cakes. He thought they were seasoning packets and would ask others for their “seasoning” packets out of their desserts. A drill Sgt caught him, asked what he was doing and if he knew what he was eating. He had no idea, so the drill Sgt took him to sick call to get checked out. Afterwards, we started calling him stay fresh throughout basic. The nickname stuck and even the Brigade CSM caught wind of it and starting calling him stay fresh.
How can someone not know what an anti-dessicant silica gel packet is? I've known what they were and that I shouldn't ever eat one since pretty much the day I was born. That's a shocking level of stupidity.

MRE story time: When I was in SFAS more than a decade ago, we had a foreign officer from a middle east country attend. Everyone was issued either MREs, or as an alternative Halal or Kosher equivalents. Candidates grabbed a box every few days, 12 meals at a time. This one foreign officer didn't do that. Joshua Bressel haha this is completely false, if you knew anything about manufacturing related to mil-spec you’d know that you can’t just change the mil-specs, either the company can produce the firearm or part as needed by the military or they don’t get the contract, the DoD wouldn’t and didn’t change anything about their requirements. The problems with the first generation of M17s had growing problems but can you honestly tell me of one new firearm or any product really that didn’t have growing pains during manufacturing? No, you can’t. Plus I can tell you’re a glock fanboy (no need to tell me) because you’re distorting the truth to create this narrative that military just wanted the M17 because it was cheap and not the fact that it hit every single military specification as it should, and don’t even try bringing up that garbage that “they rewrote mil-spec” because it really shows how clueless you are.
Joshua Bressel also, you shouldn’t be talking about exploding guns considering Glock can’t even make a .22 that doesn’t explode. And they’ve also known to fail the drop test as has been seen many times on video, sorry bud but being a fanboy has made you blind and I’m sorry your favorite company didn’t get the contract, bummer huh?
I recently found your videos with the Wilson Combat P320 Full size when I was looking to upgrade my polymer striker fire pistol for duty/off duty carry. First, I love the attention to detail on each engineering change and how it affects your opinion and use. Firearms engineering is a science and too many gloss over those details in reviews. The grip was modified and includes slight beaver tail changes a finger notch on the trigger guard (borrowed from Wilson?). The stock includes tritium night sights and they put in the flat trigger. Same 750 list price but on my check nearly 200 in new upgrades. Of course, you have to like their choice of upgrades. When looking at Glock 19, everyone said replace the sights and maybe a new trigger. I was also not impressed with the grip purchase. So with that I mind I believed that the Sig upgrades have now made it price comparable to the Glock. Very comfortable in the hand and very shootable. I have not noticed the high barrel and recoil as much as you noted. In fact, working with a trainer friend of mine he noted it seemed less, possibly due to better purchase. So far the best review of the WCP 320 I have found. I do not see the optics cut offered by Wilson and it would be a shame to have someone cut it then redo the finish which they probably cannot match. Great advice about social media at the end! A sign of the times - out of stock at Wilson Combat.
I never really put much stock in the whole “higher bore axis increases muzzle rise” until I saw Thumb shoot Glocks and P320’s. The p320 definitely jumps more
Beef chunks and potatoes, AKA Beef and Boulders. The grease and fat in the top of the can was particularly disgusting and it was the worst C-Rat in my day (the 80's) though I heard Ham an Lima Beans was worse from the Vietnam era guys... For the freeze dried LRRP rations, Chili Con Carne was even worse.
Your advice is sound. Thankfully, Wilson Combat sells individual parts for the P320. Mine will be receiving the P320 carry frame from Wilson Combat, The extended slide release and a trigger from Gray Guns. This will make my P320 what I need it to be. Your advice about seeking training and practicing continuously will pay dividends in a way that modifications and custom guns cannot.
After Katrina I was in high school in New orleans. We got mre's for answering questions correctly. Jambalaya mre wasn't bad. Ppl used to make mini pressure bombs with the heater in class
Run Hogue grips or the slip on type cover over your grips! I have run them on all my weapons since first discovering them many years ago, roughly 18 years ago. I have used them here in Oklahoma where our weather is extreme. Winters brutally cold, spring is a roller coaster ride, summer is brutally hot with high humidity, and fall is short lived. Add the fact I sweat more since I was a heat casualty, Heat stroke while serving in the military. The grips in my opinion are a gamr changer providing an amazing grip with outstanding comfort, rather than the hard metal or plastic. They were a game changer for me.
My suggestion is to add a GoGun Gas Pedal take down. The OPP wings work and are used widely in open competition classes. It provides substantially more leverage. They are available for Sig and Springfield but not other handgun models due to the position or mechanical limitations of the take down lever.
Praise worthy, for $70!The only issue was the round gasket ring seal between the CO2 and needle ruclips.net/user/postUgkxnX9wE_Q8zvF75Y5iWzTU3Q4FlrtyGApQ . Garand Thumb, I always gotta say your shooting portion of the videos are always great. Literally great cinematography! Awesome!
I have the WC frame on my P320, it's amazing.
Nick B I have wc grip panels on my beretta, it’s amazing lol
Does it make up for the rest of it sucking ?
@@uglydog311 I haven't had an issue with it, or it least serves the purpose for which I bought it for. To each their I own I suppose.
Just bought the Wilson combat grip module today installed it on my p320 carry feels so much better can’t wait to hit the range 🇺🇸
So far the best review of the WCP 320 I have found. I do not see the optics cut offered by Wilson and it would be a shame to have someone cut it then redo the finish which they probably cannot match. Great advice about social media at the end! A sign of the times - out of stock at Wilson Combat.
WC does the optic cuts. It’s on their website, you can’t miss it!
Cheers to everybody from where Operation Just Cause took place!
The 69 on the Jeep is a nice touch
I was oooh theres a 69 jeep on here? Then i was oh its a 69 jeep😑
I was wondering if any other men of culture would notice that.
Garrett Habegger Nice practice vehicle touch. It just looks adorable when they jump out with weapons hot, as it should.
Man, that thing is awesome...
Im talking about the sweet-ass Garand Cherokee
I'm glad you like it. Mine has been on order for about six weeks. Should be here about the end of September.
I never really put much stock in the whole “higher bore axis increases muzzle rise” until I saw Thumb shoot Glocks and P320’s. The p320 definitely jumps more
Lol I thought the same thing!
And I already thought Glocks had a high bore axis
@@SpecJack15 Yep, bit Sig are notorious for their high bore axis.
SpecJack15 that’s interesting, Glock is famous for their low bore axis. Who has lower? Arsenal strike 1?
@@johnnybagofdoughnuts4193 yeah the arsenal strike 1 and the archon type b. I think there are a few more but glock is mass made so there is that.
Your intros are freakin amazing!! Feels like im watching a trailer for a new bad ass movie 💯😊
MRE stories? Hell I can tell you C-rat stories.
Yeah, I'm that old.
Ham slices . That was the best it got .
Grandpaw?
uglydog311 canned peaches. The best!
Turkey loaf was the best. The rest...
If you've ever been frustrated about missing that A-zone steel at 109 yards with your pistol, hit that like button.
The best upgrade to your 320 bar none is the Wilson Combat custom grip-module. I swapped it out on my M17 and couldn't be happier.
I love how all of Papa's intros are cinematic masterpieces
*drops sig* “why that is a mighty fine hole in my ankle”
Pretty sure they call that "Glock leg." :p
Withered away, and I'm having a tough time finding a replacement.Gun still works perfectly, but needs a new gasket. Can someone please say where to find the gasket replacement?
Correction, daddy keeps amazing me every day. Apparently, I can come quicker to a plad-dad video;
Agree on upgrading to the Wilson frame on a base P320. It's well worth it.
Man the thumbnail for this video really encapsulates the face made you’ve got that juggernaut built up while waiting the 6 weeks after a child is born to make the sweet love again. All the dads here see it Mike. We feel for you. Stay strong.
😂😂😂 “Science and shit, that’s just the way it works!” 😂😂😂
I just tune every week for to see who we've forgotten and who Daddy never forgets.

Irrelevant, I’m still getting one as soon as my mom, I mean my wife, gives the ok. 👍
Wait what?
20:56 .. I honestly wish, Mister Mike, that you could apply this same precious advice to the "Palestinian Case".
Nice review. Informative...
Now looking at the Sig 320 Line... Currently looking at the AXG in 9mm... although after viewing this vid, I will take a look at the "Wilson Combat" version.

Ron Jeremy died?
@@anthonydavis4581 he's been charged with a bunch of counts of rape and child molestation.
I imagine Wilson combats gunsmiths are "Demigods Navy seal Pilots" and this is why there guns cost so much.

Nah, its like a nike Tshirt. Same exact shit with a hyped up logo.
Lmao!!!
Eric Petty except it costs more. Again it separates the lazy from the hustlers. Anyone can buy your shirt, but not anyone can get a Nike, regardless if it’s the same crap

Height over bore is your sight's distance over the bore. Bore axis is the distance between the bore and the web of your hand.
Appreciate your honesty, about to hit 500 rounds and debating the wilson combat grip... Maybe another 1K rounds still have a lot of basics to learn.

It's cool and smart that SIG is so supportive of other manufacturers wanting to make P320s
Mike, when are you dropping your soundtrack? The intensity and emotional response it creates would drastically improve some of these guys LARPing experiences.
