This video reminds me of the time when I was learning how to cook. I had just got the diet plan (created it on Next level diet iirc) at the age of 22 and started preparing my own meals from the food I got in the plan. I was so motivated back then. I broke my barriers when it comes to amount of food I can eat in a day, resulting in noticeable gains for a newbie. I recommend everyone to take care of their diet first, the rest should come naturally.

Just fixed the turkey and lettuce with onion meal after watching this just used balsamic vin and honey mustard and topped it with sunflower seeds it was really good for a low carb meal 🔥

@@AOBILLYLA can I possibly fit something right before a workout after breakfast or should I workout 30 minutes to an hour after breakfast?
@@TheDarkGBJ breakfast is important for pumps you should never eat breakfast after the workout so I would recommend before workout depending on your bulk or cut breakfast.

Hey man really big fan here, but I just wanted to let you know that you shouldn't take all your supplements at the same time because they can affect each other. For example, some may prevent the absorption of others. Anyways been following you for years and it's incredible how far you've improved everything. keep up the great work you're an inspiration to us!
Thanks for supporting brother. And that’s something I look out for, I don’t take calcium in the morning for that reason but I’ll have to double check if any other significantly affect absorption.

Low carb veggies: tomatoes, celery, zucchini, squash, lettuce, broccoli, cucumber, bell peppers. Looking at the second meal made me sad lol but I’ve always wondered why body builders don’t season their food.. like seriously what would happen if you added extra flavor to those meals??
