    Been watching and tapped in ever since I started training 3 years ago and you inspired me to make a channel of my own and start uploading videos. Following your content has been a contributing factor in being able to build the physique I have over the past 3 years, and I just want to say thank you for motivating and inspiring all of us. You've helped me more than you know & are literally the influencer/youtuber that got me into the gym! One of my idols for sure... on tiktok everybody always comments on my videos thinking im you! haha. And that's one of the best compliments I could receive, because your physique is insane and as a person, you seem cool and down to earth. Anyways, one thing I think I'd like to see (as you mentioned in your pinned comment) is maybe something a little bit different... How you handle social media and the stresses that come with it (if any) what you do in your life outside of prep/bodybuilding, and some of the science and trial and error you've put into your own training/macros to achieve the physique you have right now.     Hey bro video was very helpful. You help me to get an idea of what to eat. Protein is definitely the the key. I’m try to tone up and lose weight at the same time but I know the eating aspect of the process is so important. My goal is to lose 50 lbs in the next 3-4 months.

    I feel like if your already healthy ,you don't need so many pills . You eat healthy already that will keep your liver and kidney functioning well . Some of the pills are just overkill
