You should totally design Genny something to sell. Hey that would be so adorable The Hermit Line LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wish I did have a talent for sewing and crafty things. The only thing I've ever been good at is thinking up and telling stories. I really can't even sew on a button LOL. Are you going to start a Patreon also?

I feel like I learn so much from your videos and the quality of all your videos is superb, tv quality if you ask me. I use to watch this one channel (when I still had cable) called Create, this is exactly where I feel your videos are at par with. Can't wait for your next video!

Great video! I love your music choice and the editing was excellent. You make me think that one day I will tackle a project with a zipper.

YAY! Thanks so much Diane! Perhaps, when we get to patterns, you'll wanna make a dress... Then you've got to tackle a zipper, cause you want that cute dress. ;-)

As I posted this comment, my 13-year-old daughter saw the end of the video and said, "Now that you learned to do zippers, you can help with my project!" I may end up tackling a zipper sooner than I think!

    (1) Your supplies list called for muslin. And then you sewed the zipper onto striped fabric. So then what was the muslin for?
    (2) well done video, but the music is way too loud and distracting for someone learning something new.

Great video! Thank you....wondering if you can do one on how to cut out patterns? I have not done it in a LONG time and my girls are looking to learn how to sew.

My pleasure! Thank you Chris for a wonderful idea about cutting out patterns! Any clues what your girls want to make as a first time project? (dress, skirt, pants, etc..) I'll order the pattern in English and in a meantime for the next couple of weeks I work on an Invisible Zipper Tutorial. After that I'll switch it up to patterns. Does that sound good?

Gentle suggestion that the music is so loud I cannot hear your instructions. If I increase the volume, the music gets louder.
    Cheers
