De La Riva - Sweep from DLR X Guard & Baby Bolo

These are the two main attacks I like to throw at my partner from the De La Riva guard when I move towards the side of the DLR hook. I either shoot the DLR hook deep to their far hip into the De La Riva X Guard or go for the Baby Bolo.

I couldn't see two key pieces for each. Camerawork need to move a little faster. Or double the length of video so you can shoot it from both angles. Nevertheless, great explanation, awesome technique.

Donavon Grotts I’m always afraid of making the videos too long, but I should def make an exception for something that needs to be seen from multiple angles. After rewatching I can see it would’ve been helpful to show the deep DLR hook and pulling the sleeve to your hip from the other side for the first sweep. It also would’ve been helpful to see putting the second hook in from another angle when taking the back. Thanks for the feedback Professor!
