Like others have said here Ben, no one squeezes more out of life and touches more people around them than you do. Humbleness is admirable, long as you know deep down the reason someone might amount to “more than (you) ever have” is that you’ve given them the example and from what we see on here, you don’t do excuses. Thanks for another video!
Ben, no one could make more of their lives than you. You are an incredible, caring person who is always taking care of others/of the community. It is rare to find such an accomplished person as you are. Your talents are so plentiful and your big heart has you always to take care of others. That generosity is neverending. I am so amazed by you and your knowledge and capabilities. Again...there is no one more accomplished than you. So proud of you.
Love the sound of those old trucks. Reminds me of riding old school buses and water trucks as kid with my dad. Hauling our water from town to have water in the house , for drinking or what ever else we needed.
You’re a good man, Ben. As far as ice, this past storm we had last week was nothing but ice - it’s still on the trees and clinging to the power lines. I was out of electricity for almost 3 days and no power = no well water. I tell you, it tested my metal trying to keep my mother warm through it. It was bad. Please give my best to your daddy and tell him that I made it through that rough patch and a little stronger for having done so. God bless you all.
Mark I’m glad you mentioned your mother, I had been wondering about her. Being out of power I can handle easier than no water. We’ve had a snowy week and still getting hit. I’ll have that in the next couple videos. Take care and thanks so much!
Kinda snowy and cool out there. Always enjoy watching the trucks work too! Great to see you fulfilling the last half of that verse in Ephesians 4:28 “working to have to give to them that need” Always appreciate seeing your willingness to help a neighbor and sharing your faith in the Lord from time to time on your channel. I’m just across the ridges from ya in central Ky. Stay safe
That old red truck always sounds good, Ben. With all that cold and ice expected, running outta wood would be a bad deal. Good thing you had some to spare to helpem out.
Good video ben, glad you could take them some wood, as cold as it has been my wood stove been sucking it down faster than the whole back forty acres of people at wood-stock memorial convention...😊

Hello Ben. Don't ever get rid of that old truck buddy, it's a real keeper. Great job helping out the neighbors. It's always hard when family members move away, but its also a proud moment too. We can only hope that they took some of our advice a long the way. Thanks for the ride along.
Well Ben I am glad to say that we finally have snow here in north Georgia, I starting watching this video and I am happy to report to you that you have a new fan, my two year old grandson son came up to me at pointed at you in the video and said paw tractor, I said yep little buddy that’s Ben and he watched the video with me, I did not realize how much that he has watched your videos with me but you have made a positive impression to little Silas so that you for that,I am glad that you were able to help out with the wood by the way.
@@MitchellPack-zw4vu that’s awesome about the snow and your grandson! Thanks for sharing it with me. We’ve got a ton of snow since last Sunday. Those videos will post next. Take care and stay warm!
Glad you were able to help those people out. We had snow, sleet and freezing rain yesterday but it’s starting to melt today. Thank the Lord we didn’t lose power. My son went to Auburn to be a computer engineer. There’s no jobs in my rural area for him so he and his wife live 3 hours away near Atlanta, but we talk daily.
We’ve had a rough week here. Didn’t video much but plowed snow almost everyday but 2 days this week. Back at it again today. Thanks for watching and encouraging me about Hayden’s absence from home. I sure enjoy his visits.
Future comment. We got 6 inches of snow here in Western North Carolina. And it doesn't look like it's going to melt anytime soon. Reminds me of the winters we had 40 something years ago when I was a kid. Can't hardly predict the weather now. It's all over the place.
Geart video and nice diesel cold start. I had 84 250 had the 6.9 idi to me the sound like old Detroit. I've got 04 Cummins 6 speed common rail its to easy to Cold start kinda takes the fun out of it
Yes you can but if you hit the brakes it still turns on the 4 wheel drive regardless. Until I made the delete kit. I’m not as dumb as you think I look! Thanks
Ben that 6.9 started a lot easier than my 95 7.3 Power Stroke in my F-Super Duty. It will start without being plugged in but it sure does smoke and protest for a while. I usually have to cycle the glow plugs 3 or 4 times before I crank it. If I have it up by the garage and plug it in it will start immediately and won't smoke a bit. On these bitter cold days do you ever regret not buying a cab. tractor?
Ray I’ve explained that multiple times in different videos. It comes on with the brakes applied to help stop the tractor. I eliminated that feature because I didn’t like it activating all when you hit the brakes.
This tractor has a switch to put it in four-wheel drive. However, when in two-wheel drive and you hit you hit the brakes it engages four-wheel drive which would make stopping with a load much easier but eliminates steering with the brakes. Also, switching into four wheel drive every time you brake causes a lot of wear on the four-wheel unit as well as the sensor switch. Ben bypassed this feature to meet his needs better.
I just believe you could make more money off the logs if you and Clayton got a wood mixer and made lumber out of them and put it in the shed under the hill
@@raywhite1442 a sawmill is pretty expensive. I still have a lot of lumber left over from when my Uncle had a circle mill. ruclips.net/video/DAUwPOXaxFw/видео.htmlsi=78dIy_CyJh819MaG
