Great video buddy keep them coming buddy 👍
Nice video, helpful. I’ve been experimenting with my BX and all rings true. Is the accent Appalachian? Sounds like home.
Yeah you’re correct on the accent, I live in Southwestern VA, about 20 minutes from KY. Thanks for watching
We had a huge storm here in Mechanicsville area today
Glad y'all got some rain not much here in GA either thanks for the video have a blessed weekend.
Hey Ben, We've been rained out up here this summer. Farmers can't get their hay cut. You got a good load of firewood there buddy. Take care
I got a m7060 gueeeing there the same what hydrolic fluid did u use the Manuel says super udt 2 but the previous owner it looks like he was using iso aw 46. Also the engine oil in the 7060 it’s got two places to put in what’s up with that
Awesome video Ben! People don’t realize what goes into making videos. It’s a lot of work, even getting different angles doing ride along is harder to connect and edit and smooth out. I never realized how much work it takes until I started doing it myself, and it gives me a whole other level of respect for what you do and how much you do!
Good to see y'all get some rain, hopefully it's enough to help out. Good night!
Times like this sure makes you want a full size grapple. i just cant make myself give over 3 thousand dollars for one. but sure would be nice. im doing my pallet forks like yours now. better than nothing... yall be safe!
I am happy that you are getting rain, it looks like you will have a good bit of wood to get worked up
You're still convinced that there's a w in hour
Great video Ben, ole Red was needing a little work out,I’m y’all got rain, I wish we get some over here in WV, God Bless
Another good video! Got that firewood pile lookin good!
Good video God bless
Thanks, you too!
So much rain up here. There's lots of flooring. 1600 sounds good.
That’s funny you mention flooring. We toured a flooring plant this week, hickory is actually in highest demand. Majority of the white oak is going to make barrels. We toured a bourbon barrel sawmill and factory also. Very interesting. Thanks
Another great video, enjoyed it very much.Take care,be safe and have a blessed day.🚜👏👍❤️🙏
Thanks, you too!
Ben I watch your videos all the time. The one thing I wish you would consider is either getting a tri pod or someone to video you. I never really liked these ride on videos. I want to look at your equipment while you are working, but I can't with this type of video.
This again is like I told you other day. I can video it like this or not at all in certain situations. Had I set up multiple cameras on tripods or moved one around to get different views I wouldn’t have finished before the rain. Until you try this yourself you don’t realize what it’s like. Where do you think I can find someone willing to video for me every time I do something? I’d love to have that but it’s not going to happen very often. Occasionally dad will if he’s around. I appreciate you watching but in every situation what you’re asking isn’t achievable. In the one video you complained on earlier a good portion of it was done on a tripod.
What do you live at ok

Hello Ben, Nice load of logs, We got two torrential rains the other day about 20 minutes each, still very dry here, 👍🏼🪵🇺🇸
Yes it will take days of rain to help here. Driest I’ve seen in years. Thanks for watching
At least you got a good bit of firewood. We got a good rain just the other day that was really needed

Why did he do that for ay ay ay! Not funny is it It's fun😊
Hey Ben! I’ve got about 75-80 acres on my new m7050 now. In thick hay does yours whine real bad? Mine does and I was just curious if anybody else’s did. It seems like it doesn’t like thick hay very well. All the other mowers I’ve ran have never skipped a beat in thick hay and I could run just as fast as I wanted to. I’ve had 2 1411 discbines, ran my buddies new idea 5209 quite a bit. Had a krone amr280 (cleanest cutting mower I’ve ever seen). All of them ran just fine in thick hay. This one seems like it just doesn’t like it.
Couple things I’d check is your belt tension and make sure the blades were put on all in the right direction.
Great job, man.
Thank you!
That’s a nice load of firewood Ben
Thank you!
So do you have to wait for them to grade it? Or what is the process?
Yeah usually wait or go back later for payment.
Oh my! That made a world of a difference! I love the way it looks! Ever thought about a chrome front bumper?
Maybe in the future. Thanks for watching
Looks awesome, we’re grain farmers and those IH trucks we use to use for grain trucks, they are very great trucks, it looks awesome
Thanks 👍

Ben remember what the old boys always said, if you can't keep it under a roof, you should not own it.
@@scrambler69-xk3kv as far as I know all my tractors and expensive equipment stays in a shed. Not sure what you’re inferring?

Brought back some good memories Ken. As a boy, my dad had a sawmill and he and his brother would cut timber and my job was to keep the logs pulled out of their way and up to the truck. At first I used an old kerosene burner Case with a hand clutch then later upgraded to a real Cadillac of a tractor, a Massey Harris 44 diesel. Life for me couldn't have gotten better with that Massey. But I had a set of log tongs, 2 log dogs pounded into the logs with a sledge hammer and a 20' chain. On the real big logs it would take both dogs and sometimes the tongs too. Most of the time it was medium size stuff and I'd grab one with the tongs and chain another and run the chain to the 3rd log and catch it with a half hitch and drag 3 logs at a time up to the waiting '55 Chevy COE with a 16' bed. I'm 64 now and would never be able to work that hard again but I did learn how to operate a tractor in all kinds of conditions. Dad not only taught me to work hard, but work smart while I was at it. Nice video and thank you for conjuring up some pleasant memories from my youth.
Really enjoyed this comment! I’ve used log dogs/grabs also in the past. Thanks for watching
My goodness Ben how many logs have you pulled with the farmtrac , and the thoughts of hearing the sing of the saw, I have heard that many times, it reminds me of cutting wood for my in-laws, I sure do miss them we had a lot of good times splitting the wood that the Lord blessed me to be able to cut for them.
Thank you!!
Heat kills me. Those 3 point log splitters are impressive!
Thanks!
That's not a farmtrac. That's a log skidder lol. That's a really tough tractor.
Thanks for watching!
@@khtractors you're welcome
We've had several black oaks that had the same issue with black ants, we just leave them lay after we cut them until after a hard winter, then use them for firewood. I need to do some wood cutting myself, now that I have a break in the haying, maybe I can! I like your wood splitter, I would like to have a multi-split for mine. Nice video, thanks and I hope you have a good night.
Thanks for watching!

Not sure what you’re saying?
I was trying to say, I have a Tractor like yours John, Deere 5045E. What size is the disc mower you are using on your tractor. I am looking for one for mine.
@@tomlavelle3753 it’s a Massey DM205, 7 foot. I’ve used my Vermeer 7ft on it but the Vermeer is a bit heavy on it. Handles the Massey really good.

@@DanielAbel-uy7iw what’s the deal?
That rake bunches the hay up almost as bad as our old steel wheel side delivery rake we used back in the 1960's. Terrible.
No offense but I always hated ride on videos. Damit, I clicked on the video to look a t the tractor and a ride on doesn't let you. So, I did not watch all of it. Sorry Ben.
Well when you try to video yourself it’s nearly impossible to do with a tripod. I can’t have someone following me around doing my filming like other big channels do. Half this video was filmed from a tripod off the tractor though. It’s either do the job and film the best I can, don’t film at all or spend all day trying to set up cameras on a 45 min job.
If you had watched to the end you would have seen more of the tractor. Each to their own, but some like the ride on to get the different feel of the job being done.
It does look sharp but would have gone a long way towards the 1745d you were wanting
Yeah but I have no intentions of trading balers anytime soon. I’d like a 1745D but I’m not ready trade by any means.
I have the same baler, except it has net wrap on it. I really like it, except the problem with Casey hay. But, since I have learned the balers likes & dislikes, I don’t have a problem with it getting all clogged up. It’s been a great machine for me. Thanks for the review!
Thank you for watching!
