Got to be vigilant about these things, otherwise the market will be overrun with counterfeits.

Forgive me for being off topic but I can't find the absinthe video at the moment. Anyways I have a question. What methods are used to control the thujone levels in the production of absinthe? How is it measured? Is there a way for me at home to verify a particular thujone level? And is there a way of lowering thujone after production if it is too high? Thank you. You make wonderful video's

I don't have any videos about absinthe on my channel (yet). From taking the IBD course, I believe thujone levels aren't really a huge concern in absinthe as the amount you would have to consume to start having convulsant and psychoactive effects is quite high. I have never made absinthe before though.

I liked it, to few people talk about the widespread fraud in alcohol production.

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it. I was afraid it was a little too technical and hard to understand

I live in China. Fake whiskey is everywhere here (it's usually for decorating). This is super interesting.
