This teaching is part of the series called FIGHTING FOR THE TRUE GOSPEL, where Torben has been looking at FAITH, REPENTANCE, BAPTISM IN WATER, and now we are looking at the HOLY SPIRIT.
In this lesson, we are looking at Christ, and how the Holy Spirit came over Him, how He was led by the Spirit, how He walked in the power of the Holy Spirit, how He was teaching about the Holy Spirit, and after the cross how He went to heaven so He could send down the Holy Spirit here to you and me!
We today also need to be led by the Holy Spirit, and to walk in power of the Spirit as Jesus showed us! We need to receive the Holy Spirit!
Sadly today, we've changed the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, into the Father, Son and Holy Scripture! And those places where it is not the Father, Son and Holy Spirit but more the Father, Son and Holy Scripture, the LOVE is missing! People become very religious and judgmental because the love that's poured out by the Holy Spirit is missing, and the power is missing. So they don't see the healings, or the casting out of demons as we read in the Bible!
We believe you will love this teaching which will lay a foundation in your life, so you will be able to understand and to receive the Holy Spirit. And at the end of the teaching, Torben prays for everyone out there who wants the Holy Spirit!

When I came to hear and meet Torben in Atlanta (Alpharetta) Georgia last year I was expecting 20 or 30 people at most. I was shocked that it looked like more than a 150 people at a meeting set up only a week or 2 earlier as far as I know.. I am 71 years old and have been Baptized in the Holy Spirit since 1969 at 19 years of age. Torben is hitting the nail on the head and I am excited and hope someday I can have more of an involvement. I cannot stop witnessing for Christ where I go and now I don't hide my light under a bushel but share the "full" gospel including that I speak in tongues. Thank you for this ministry

The Spirit does not glorify Himself; He glorifies the Son… This is, to me, one of the most amazing and remarkable things about the biblical doctrine of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit seems to hide Himself and to conceal Himself. He is always, as it were, putting the focus on the Son, and that is why I believe, and I believe profoundly, that the best test of all as to whether we have received the Spirit is to ask ourselves, what do we think of, and what do we know about, the Son. Torben, I look forward to every video in this series. They are all amazing and obviously, Holy Spirit is teaching through you as my soul and spirit feel so refreshed and alive when I listen. Today's lesson was especially wonderful. Last night I was praying and studying the relationship between Peter and Jesus. In the midst of it, I stopped and wondered why Paul was the one who wrote most of the NT. In my mind, those that spent the most time with Jesus should carry the most weight/have the bigger say. However, your teaching today was a "Duh!" moment as you reminded me the BEST is the spirit of Christ IN us. So much revelation in that. Love how God always answers my questions with timely words through others. Blessings!

This is one question that i hv asked for so long, why we do not see the demonstration of God's power in today Christian. And i hv learned so much from Torben. I agree that we need to remove the coloured glass we (& I) in understanding God and His word. Tq Torben
