Seeing Andrew Garfield cry like that has officially taken 7 years off my lifespan
Andrew is incredible actor and infact, everyone acted so well in this play
Wish they'd make a recording of the score for this! The music in this production is a character all of its own.
Daniel Belland I agree 100%
I still don't understand how Denise Gough didn't win a Tony for this. She was absolutely phenomenal.
That’s what I’m saying!! The emotional journey that Harper goes on is so hard to do
This looks incredible oh my god
Steph Piano i saw this when they were in London and it was incredible. The cast is the same with the exception of Lee Pace, I saw Russell Tovey. Really worth trying to see it
it was incredible!
Clearly the best revival of a play!
Someone please take me to NYC to see this right now...
Eva House if your interested, this is a bootleg of the 2017 NT proshot drive.google.com/drive/folders/1--SRyznQrmIw7DqVBY25xC5Nmz95IONu
@@bareabopopera3091 THANK YOU SO MUCH I'M LIKE 7 MINUTES IN AND IT'S ALREADY SO GOOD HNEOSSUWFIER
like right now
Well both Nathan and Andrew won their Tonys so no Twitter rant from me
One of the best things I ever seen.
I saw it at the National Theatre in London and it was stunning. Sadly Broadway audiences don't get to experience the amazing Russel Tovey who gave such a delicate multi-layered performance. And Nathan Lane....well you've never seen anything like him. The man is just next level awesome.
I wish they would release a DVD of the National Theatre performance they filmed for movie theatres in the states.
Exactly. Russell Tovey was an absolute marvel. At least it's preserved on HD broadcast.
Well Lee Pace is a great actor as well
I’ve always wondered why Russell didn’t come to bway. and why he wasn’t even nominated for the Olivier for his performance! He was so amazing ❤
One of the greatest things I've ever seen in my entire life. Fortunately I get to go again this Thursday and Friday. Close seat too. Don't miss this, people. Fly to NY, enter the online lottery for cheap price seats, go to TKTS, do anything, because nothing like it will ever come again. And it will be completely sold out in its final week or so. Now's your chance.
James McArdle deserved a nomination, dammit Tony's!
Agreed. And to think he's a low-tambre voice Scotsman, yet he put on a total American NY whiney accent the entire time. The Tony people didn't get it.
I dont like that James McArdle cut his hair. Great actor, but he looks too groomed to be the true Lou
Andrew Garfield liked my coat
I would love to see this. Isn't this like a play of 6 hours, cut in a two parts? Whatever, I hope I'll ever get to see this. It's a classic. And I love the new cast.
It's two plays, each about 3.5 hours long. I saw it on consecutive Saturday nights.
i am VERY MUCH INTERESTED
Me too
I miss this show
Seeing Andrew Garfield play a sassy, flamboyant gay man gives me happiness.
Is there a full recording of this and if so where can I watch it?
The National Theatre just put it on their streaming service!
Okay
i actually thought this production was quite bad.
Too damn long
