  • Will Jamg He High Wax Plus deliver good castings for delicate jewelry and larger figurines? Find out in my review! I test this castable resin on a variety of jewelry pieces, a miniature figurine, and even heavier statues and sculptures. I also provide 3D printer settings and my burnout schedule for your reference. The resin was printed using an Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra (review coming soon!). Great work and really nice video! I recently switched to using Jamghe High Wax Plus resin as well, and I've been getting great castings with it.

Thank you so much for a great review! I've read somewhere with this green type of casting resins it is not recommended to pour the resin back into the bottle? Are you pouring it back in the bottle and have not had any problems? Really curious. Thanks again for such great work.

I pour the resin back into the bottle all the time with no issues. Glad you like the video!

Could I ask what investment you used? With that massive of a print it’s crazy to see no cracks in the envestment

I used Prestige Optima 38:100. I also add 1% boric acid by investment weight

Brother the hex grade you provided is showing collision with the sculpture is it ok

@@anime24-7. Usually I raise my pieces by 3mm so that only the supports are touching the hex grid, but even if the piece is directly touching it should still print fine. Might just be harder to remove.

@@anime24-7. For a standard gray resin I use Elegoo ABS Like Gray 2.0 with a normal exposure of 3.8 (bottom exposure of 32). Hope that helps.

Do you have experience with bluecast x-one? Which is better, jamghe or bluecast?

Sorry but I don't have any experience with blue cast so I can't compare them.

We have experience and it is more recommended jamghe by the amount of wax it has for casting
