As soon as ghee is heated, all its goodness vanishes. One should consume ghee in its non fried position e.g. take butter on bread slices in its original state। Take ghee in dals after it is cooked and served in your thali. You may take ghee in your milk or tea. It is most beneficial when taken in raw form.

I was suffering from high blood pressure for 5 days then my doc told me loose some weight and eat only one egg yolk per day because proactively I told him that I eat 4 eggs four days in a week. He said if you will eat more than 1 yolk then it may cause to weight gain, high blood pressure and heart diseases. I've reduced 3kgs body weight by one hour walking after dinner. Cholesterol is just the symptom.

@@sankalpsingh5619 That's what all Ghee manufacturing companies and quacks like Ramdev are telling people. People with high physical activity daily can eat ghee but it is very harmful for the people with sedentary lifestyles.
Eggs are very densely nutritive food. New research in this regard has not found any major relation between dietary cholesterol and blood cholesterol in healthy people. Blood cholesterol is mainly produced by the liver and high LDL is because of the high saturated and trans fats intake with diet.
