My great grandmother was a full blood Cherokee. No one even knows her name. She was my paternal grandfather's mother. I wish there was a way to learn about her. I've always appreciated the Cherokee and all native American customs from their connection to the land, their ideas of spirituality, food, family and nature including living in harmony with animals, plants and trees, forests, waterways, and even the sun and sky. Thank you for this program!!
