I don't know if anybody has shared this with anybody but a lot of people say to put your peep sight in your string first before you tie your knocking point because the peep actually opens the string a little bit and can raise and lower That Knocking point I don't know how true it is but I have heard this
Definitely a sweet looking setup, I just got home a Spot Hogg fast Eddie XL sight off Ebay, early Xmas present to myself. I'll have to think of new excuses now, for having a bad shot... 🤣👍👍
I am running the Epsilon now but after shooting with my son his Vapor Trail rest is quieter on his Nexis than the Epsilon on my V3X. The Vapor Trail is a great rest and I do like the activation cord system on the Vapor Trail much better as well.
I have the hamskea epsilon on my mathews v3x 29. It's a great rest and I am shooting the spot Hogg fast Eddie xl double pin sight in the bridge lock. Good luck wt your new bow.
I'm running the exact same setup for my first bow. Seems to definitely do the job, But some of these new bowscare looking mighty tempting for a " backup bow". 🤣
Thinking abt changing from mathews to prime or elite. The free strings every two seasons sounds like a great selling point my questions is are they solid strings or not?
I have been a mathews guy, but I had the Hoyt ventum 33 wasn’t bad, im still shooting my halon x and impulse 34. I shoot 3d but primarily I’m a hunter and I generally archery hunt late oct until mid jan in north east Ohio so the weather can be frigid. I feel like this grip would be a plus also if they make quality strings that’s a 130-180 saved every two years.
That your build gets repetitive but that's what you want in archery you know what I mean you want to be able to do the same thing over and over and if you can build it perfect the first time every time the same way by reading instructions and doing everything they say then why not but I still think your bum lol
I like the gen7x rest. The color of that bow is sick also! Sweet setup Devin
Thank you bro

How do like the vapor trail rest. You should get the quiver it is made by tight spot.
Is that 7/8 to the bottom of the shaft or to the middle of the shaft

@@MerrittOutdoor my mathews v3x 29. Tuned like a champ. I shoot bullet holes at 10 yards. No cam lean. The bow is fast . Quite and dead in the hand.
Skinny guy has a much more sound shot routine. Revex draw cycle appears smoother than the Inline.
I agree
Finally a complement 😂
