Thank you so much for your help. Bought a new battery from Amazon £18 and now it works fine. Easy to replace the battery, just undo a small plug and plug the new one in, screw the cover back on and it’s done.
Hi Sharing, I replaced for a new battery and the deebot is still not charging. It connects and the blue light comes on but after 3 blinks it shuts off again. What do you suggest I do next? Hate throwing it out as it's relatively new.
Khind VC9X6A , first i thought the battery died, so i swapped to new battery with the same voltage and capacity, it ran alright and return to the dock when running low. The LED blinks while charging and turns solid when full. After 4 hours, when it start, it turns off instantly right after the pad loses contact. I thought the dock was faulty, I tried charging through the DC port, still failed. I replaced the charger with a new one of the same output. Still not working even after the LED turn solid. So I force shock the battery with the RC balance charger to full charge(13.5). Now I have two working batteries like new(working up to 1 hour per full charge) . And the problem now is becoming a chore to repeat when it goes empty.🤷

I have an ecovacs DO3G.11 with new battery replaced. It runs for about couple minutes then stops and has 5 beeps while red light blinking. Do you know what the cause is?

In the past I succeeded resetting the baterry by taking it of the charging dock, keeping it for 30 seconds and putting it back on the charger. This I did 2-3 times as per the instructions. This time it doesn't work. I replaced the battery but it still shows 15%. I also cleaned the cache in the application but it hasn't helped. I also tried a reset of 5 seconds and re=registered the robot on my wifi network. Can you please help with some troubleshooting ideas? I do not believe that it is hardware related unless you tell me that I need to reach some CMOS battery inside to do a proper hardware reset as one does for computers
If spinning round n round that means one of the wheel motor not functioning...I already uploaded a video about wheel issue....you can watch that video will be useful for you...I explained everything in that video related to wheel issue

Is there any indication light in ur charger...if yes then plz disconnect the vacuum from charger & see wether can see that light power on if got then charger ok.. but if when you plug in with charger then light gone means your robot battery flat..need to replace

Similar issue. I didn't use the N79T for 2 weeks and the battery died. 2 blue blinks and nothing. Always on charging dock. Stupid ecovacs manual advice to leave on charging dock continuously even when not using. Should advice to power off when not using long term.

Online you can search.. almost all models batteries available...but you need to check the exact model, volts & specifically connector... online battery is not same as ecovcs original battery but still can use.
Hello. I got replacement battery for my n79. But it turned out that the deebot is not charging the battery. Charger is fine. Voltages on charger and Dock are okay. But in battery grip there are no voltages while charging Please help how to solve this

Make sure the battery you replace is good one...if seller send you old stock or battery kept long in warehouse n send directly to you without testing so it's possible that battery might be drained already that's why couldn't charge....plz contact with ur seller & inform him about this... hopefully he can give you good one

Colour doesn't effect....just match the V. Should be 14.50. Or slightly higher also can no issues... sometimes they pack in green wraping

In 90% cases is battery issue... might be new battery is faulty...if charger ok n battery you confirmed is fine then Mainboard need to replace
