Bro, your info really useful for me. My vacuum robot just bought 1 year ago and shows low battery. I was searching for the fault code and couldnt find any and thought of just change the entire battery. I dont know gpt memory battery as you said. I will try to change and inform you the updates. I have a ECOVACS zoom 950 that is always showing battery at 15% (even when I remove the battery). I think that the problem is the memory battery, but I cannot see it in the front side of the board. Can you help me identifying where it is and how to replace it? Thanks!

I have the Ecovacs OZMO 920 and it’s not charging. The app will always say it is at 15% and it never fully charged. I’ve tested the charging station and it is fine. I replaced the battery with a new battery, but I’m still having the same issue. I took out the motherboard and there is no battery cell used on this model. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? Thanks

@@ArchieG5172 I also have the same exact issue (15%). I charged the battery manually with a power supply at ~0.5C to a good 14.4V and it still read 15% and shutdown due to "low battery". Any updates?

In my case, appears the red light and say "please, power me on before charging", but it is ON. So... I don't know what to do
If u just want to replace the battery then plz put the deebot upside down. Remove only bottom chassis screw....no need to remove bumper screw...then just pull up the bottom chassis then u will see battery locked with a Mattel with 2 screw...just remove those 2 screw n can remove battery...same way can fix it back sir... there's video about this topic available..u can see that Will be helpful for you
I have a 900 model. After 4 months battery won’t charge anymore. I replaced it with a new one and had no better result. Any tips to repair it? Thanks
If u have a multimeter then u can confrm ur charger first...weather ok or not..if ok n battery u already replaced new stll not chsrging then confrm there's a short circuit with motherboard...n normally it's not only motherboard there's one more part will be spoil n because of this part motherboard spoil...witch part got issue need to test first...manually u can turn both wheels with ur hand n side brushes n main brush..see any of these parts u feel bit harder than other side....means that part mother jammed

Does T8 AIVI have a memory battery? It seems like not all vacuum robots have one and I cannot find one on google.
In T8 aivi don't have memory battery...if Got battery issue just need to replace main battery of ur deebot

My T8 AIVI shows 100% battery charge but, trying to get it to work, it says "check wheels", i have done so, no issues there. It turns off right after i take it out of charging dock. Already replaced battery. Still same problem
I have a deebot 950, initially showed 15% all the time. After removing battery showed 1%. Replaced battery still not working. Replaced motherboard and still says 1% all the time. Tried the 3 min charge, then off x 3... Didn't work. Tried hard reset. Nothing. Any suggestions? I checked the incoming voltage is 20V, the charging pounts are clear and clean. I've spent a lot of money and no solution. Please help
Sir. It's just a motherboard issue...plz contact with seller that the motherboard is not charging means motherboard charging IC not working... maybe he accepts ur request n replace for you....make sure you replace new motherboard.,.. because it's just a motherboard issue
What type is the battery for memory?
I have ecovacs ozmo 920, my deebot is always suddenly stop working and shutdown at floor when 70%. After I recharged it for a while, it backed up to 100% but same problem happened again. Any suggestion how to fix this?

Ozmo 900 also motherboard battery but located on top of motherboard....
If Ur deebot couldn't charge then normally in this model battery need to replace deebot battery not motherboard battery

In all new models they changed the design now no need memory battery any more. But there are so many previous models or other companies vacuum got...
In Ozmo 950 after almost 2 years normally if deebot can't charge so Mainboard need to replace
As a user, I won’t have the technical expertise to change a spare part. So even though ecovac has good product range, without service centres for after sales support, it’s a risk to make this kind of investment.
That's why I always mention that u can try this if deebot is already over warranty n there's no service center near by..because there are many countries where ecovacs not yet open service center but Customer buy from overseas & using there so this type video only for those users..

Actually it depends...if u have a big double story house then i recommend to take those models ..can do maping vacuuming n moping all together. But if u have a small single story house then you can choose only vacuuming n moping function deebot....normally 2nd type models long lasting. Won't give any trouble but once a year or maybe after a year possible need some service .but i know in India Customer taking very good care of robots that's why they can use longer...just after 7, 8 months need to replace some accessories like side brushes or dyst filter etc...already got spare in box...& maping system also depends how is the area where Customer using...if got wires on floor, toys, a lot of furniture & naughty kids ...who play with deebot while cleaning then possible laser distance sensor assembly can damage....
Im here for ur help any model you choose ...if got any issues u can contact me I'll let you know if possible to sattle at home then no need to disturb service center person...
