You helped a lot. I have searched everywhere and now I got solved. Mine was blue light blink for 3 seconds and then the lights went off. I changed the battery but still didn't solve it. Then, I changed the power cable, and was working. My problem was that the battery and the power cable was the problem.
You just helped troubleshoot my Deebot, I appreciate it!

If anyone is having trouble charging due to a completely discharged battery, plugging the unit in (if it has a port) worked for me!

When I place my deebot on charger or plug it in directly the blue light turns red and has a continuous beep. Do you kno what this could be? I cannot find any information or videos on this. Thanks so much.
Can you help me out my deebot is completely off I switch it on and on and nothing, I leave the small round button pressed for connection or the beep and nothing, but when I connect it to the base it beeps but....then turns off

My deebot's blue light blinks for around 3 seconds, 1 beep like when it is charging, then the light turn off. Do you think it is the battery or the mainboard?
Same problem, but now solved. Just change the battery and the power cable. My power cable was with the light on, but was not working properly. Once I changed the cable and the battery, it's now working wonderfully!
My Deebot N79 does not have the blue light while charging on the dock. But when I place it on the dock there's a beep and blue light but goes off. Is it time to replace the battery? Where is the best place to buy a replacement battery?
The symptoms u mentioned means battery spoil only.. Plz just buy the same battery. U can change ur self at home.. But try to find original Ecovacs battery... In new dehli there's official Ecovacs service center. U can contact them or can find online
Your device problem same as mine..,if confirm changing the batery will solve the problem,then ill buy a new one..
Hello, i change de battery for a new one, but it doesn't turn on. When i place it in the charging dock the light blinks but after 6 hours it still not working. Help please!!

My Deebot N79T battery was totally drain off and now cannot charge. What can I do? Replace with new battery?
Normally if battery totally drain in this model so this model motherboard can not charge it from 0 level...if its under warranty then easy way is to contact with service center for warranty claim if over warranty then u can try one trick at home first maybe your luck helps you....😉 you need to take out the battery & charge with any other rechargeable battery charger ..29 minutes enough then fix back the battery & try...hopefully it will work...if still same means battery dead already..need to replace battery

@@ahorikita if battery is totally drain already & couldn't charge with deebot so battery need to replace. Outside i don't recommend you to charge with other devices...it can be dangerous
